If you have a PS4, you could also try out Song of the Deep. It's as Metroid as they come...
My family PC died two years ago so I won't be downloading it. Maybe Song of the Deep though.
That costs money and there is zero chance it is as good as metroid 2.
Nintendo is starting to go after the metroid 2 remake. Download it while you can. Nintendo is being petty because they haven't made a 2D game this good in years.
Don't be that guy. I know you know better than that.
Nintendo has done what for Mteroid's 30th anniversay. It just passed, what did they do. Nothing. This action is the only news worthy thing they did this week. Fuck them. The disrespect they have for one of gaming greatest franchises is ridiculous. Not even a mention. Oh yeah that shit federation force is coming, might as well be a middle finger in a box.
The ap is built into windows ten so you shouldn;t have to dl it. I use it to stream games from the XBO. As for crossplay (non streaming) it is only with certain games and it is digital only. I don't think you can put an XBO disc in the PC only digital.
Thanks for the response!

For $1200 it better suck your dick.
It will allow you to play VR games with Wii level graphics.
Have you ever asked yourself, just how good is GG at Splatoon? Probably not.

Gaf ran a poll for the top 50 Nintendo games of all time
http://m.neogaf.com/showthread.php?t=1259391&page=1
Top ten is pretty much on point, but the thread itself is insanity. Holy hell you have people trying to shit on OoT. Everyone yelling about which Mario is better. People saying Mario, metroid and Zelda are overrated. People arguing about which systems had better games. It is all over the place. Nintendo brings out that passion man.
Anyway OoT is of course number 1.
I voted for Metroid Prime for the number one spot and OoT as 2. That list was very, very difficult to make.
We need that gif of the guy in the white suit and black hat raising his arms.
Linkified for ya
I decided to join in the angry opinion fest, so here was my response.
Might as well add to the craziness.
Zelda WW ahead of TP is pure stupidity. TP is the ultimate Zelda game, the best dungeons, items, bosses, main quest, it's amazing. While WW does have a great open world, it lacks in most every thing else.
Mario 64 as the best Mario, wtf. The Galaxy games are without question better games and way more faithful to Mario. In no way is 64 even better than SMB3 and SMW.
No Pokemon game should be ahead of Zelda LA.
Metroid Prime 2 over MP3, what the hell. MP3 is a great return to form after the weirdness of MP2.
Original Zelda is a masterpiece and belongs in the top 20.
Xenoblade at 13, really, really. It's great but come on. feels like a fake MMO with all the bullshit fetch quests. Paper Mario, Mario RPG, Pokemon, Mario and luigi, all better RPGs.
Kid Icarus uprising over Zelda ALBW, what? Huh. I don't even.
Punch-Out As 96 is criminal.
I'm pretty sure the fan used to keep the thing cool could provide the needed suction power required. Somebody needs to make a 3D-printable model for some kind of adaptor for this!
Indeed.
Short answer, anything actually available on a platform that I own. Long answer, not much of that either.
Regarding Wii U - I remember posting a long time ago that if 3rd parties wanted me to buy a whole new platform, for the priviledge of playing their games, they were out of luck. That if they wanted me to buy less games, to feel less engaged with the community they were going about it the right way. So this generation I've found myself with less games than ever and the "problem" with that -although to me it's not a problem- is that I found out that I was okay with that.
I've learned that I don't need a game every month or 3 games for my birthday.
If the Wii U had got decent third party support and I'm not even talking versions of the major AAA games - I'm talking lower budget quirky different games like Boom Blox, I would have bought a PS4 by now and gone about business as usual. Knowing that U was dying and having NX on the horizon that is now competing with any other platform for my time and money. And with my patience and tolerance level I'm not even sure I can be bothered with multiple platforms anymore - 3DS has been dead to me for ages now, didn't even finish the new....... well it was new, Phoenix Wright on it. I bought FEmblem played for 10 minutes, then sold it on ebay.
I also have a shit load of unplayed 360 games too, Skyrim comes to mind. And yeah, even big Wii U games I missed like DKC TF, Starfox, Mario Maker, Yoshi etc.
I have other hobbies which cost me a lot of money too. A 13 episode anime bluray set costs as much as a game these days as well as other stuff I splurge on.
So thinking about acutal games that I am interested in, that are availible or will be availible (on platforms I own) Zelda BOTW, Paper Mario and the new Phoenix Wright.
I'll see what the new NX stuff is like. Other than that? Everything else I admire from a distance. I enjoy reading gaming news and reading forumers opinions more than most games. Splatoon is awesome though and perfect for my attention span. I need to dip in and out fast, in a satisfying way (heh heh) I need more arcade style games!
I almost googled "penis sucking devices" for a pic to post, before realising what a mistake that would be.
Sooo you don't like video games anymore. It's ok to admit.
Damn it miyamoto, you didn't allow a Mario and sonic platformer. What an arrogant ass, I bet he was like "we don't need your damn hedgehog in our game"
