So why would Nintendo go from a portable screen that is full sized, has buttons and works fine to some portable screen that fits no dimensions of anything we watch, had two sticks in the middle of the screen and no buttons.

I'm guessing because it's supposed to be portable? What if all the tech was built into the unit and it had this detachable dongle so you could carry it about and plug it into whatever tv you wanted?

Well 4K tvs are just becoming more common place so the content will come naturally. People may not be necessarily complaining about 1080p but companies will keep upgrading their content to 4K because it's a selling point.

Hey guys look closer at the controller pics. In the first pic there is a detached HDMI cable, presumably that links straight to the controller?
In the second pic note the coffee stains on the desk? Whomever else is on the dev team might walk around the office space, spot the same coffee marks on the desk and shop this leaker. Also the keyboard is apprarently Swedish layout leading people to believe it's either DICE or Ubisoft.
I don't really need a screen on my controller though.
Not to thrilled with what I'm seeing of this leaked NX controller. It leaves me very worried about how this NX may turn out.
