It's a free creation tool, where MS will charge you for premade assets, so that not all of your creations look like they were made by a todler. It's 3D LBP, without a base game. Or such is my understanding.
Yeah it's all coming back to me. It did seem promising when it was first shown at E3. I wonder if it just didn't deliver or if I'm so completely out of touch with the Xbox community that I've just never heard anyone talk about it.
