Anybody else having issues with Steam lately in terms of the grid view game icons? Some show how they are supposed to, then others just have the little icon in the middle as if the pic isn't available. Like this with Portal 2:
Yes I'm having that problem. I never noticed it because I usually have it set to Detailed List view but I just looked and I noticed 7 of my games on Steam have that problem now: Fez, Jolly Rover, Portal, Recettear, Rocketbirds, Super Hexagon, and The Swapper.

The second last boss right? Wasn't it impossible to die against the very last one.
It's a good thing I haven't played it. I remember at least two Final Fantasy games I played for dozens of hours without facing any serious difficulties until the very end when I realized there was no way in hell I could beat the final boss. That was well annoying and it's put me off FF somewhat

Yeah, there's some trick to beating it that makes it a piece of piss, though. My cousin and I spent at least an hour dying until we started using the right attacks or spells (whatever it was) and then it was over in a handful of turns. It used up all our bowling time.
Sony's horrible fiscal year results coming tomorrow:
Ex-PlayStation chief and current CEO and President of Sony – Kaz Hirai – is preparing to take a 50 percent pay cut while declining his annual bonus, according to The Wall Street Journal. Other unnamed high-level Sony executives will follow suit in a sign of solidarity with their struggling company, which will post an annual loss for the fourth time in five years.
This news comes on the heels of bad financial news for the company. Less than two weeks ago, Sony revealed that it expected to post a $1.27 billion loss for the 2013 fiscal year. In February, it forecasted better numbers, predicting a $1.07 billion loss. Either way, such a loss is a far cry from the $489 million profit it expected to turn in 2013.

In 3000 words I haven't come across an excellent so far.
Unless that was a compliment? In which case thank you.

Iwata cuts pay: FIRE THE MOTHER FUCKER ALREADY!!!
Kaz cuts pay: SUCH HONOR!!!
Funniest thing I saw a couple of months back on twitter, when Sony announced massive losses, some dude tweeted "I blame Iwata."
From the Eurogamer comments section: "Copying Nintendo AGAIN."
Same. Since MK8 gets you a free game I am also getting Pikmin 3.

SUPER MARIO MAKER LEVELS:
Cool at least I know its not just me.
Probably just Wolfenstein PS4. I'll get MK8 after a price drop or two.
Me too.
Probably Mario Kart 8. Technically I can't afford it right now, but hey what's a little more debt right?
