What do 50 Cent and I have in common? We're both playing Minecraft this week:

Apparently he thinks the game is unfinished though. And hell he's probably right. So what are you guys playing?

Next, you have to try Terraria!

It's basically 2D Minecraft with SNES-like sprites and BOSSES!

Terraria was originally higher on my list of games to try than Minecraft, but interest from the kids pushed Minecraft to the head of the line (I felt so old when my daughter had to teach me how to play it too). I've enjoyed the hell out of it though, and will eventually give Terraria a shot but not for a while as I'm getting a little tired of building my own world. Whatever I play next needs to have its own story.

I am about to start nearly 3 straight weeks of travel. So that means lots of portable gaming and forum posting as you guys become my family in the road. I will finally get to do my yearly wrap up and finish up some reviews.  In 2 weeks I will be headed to LA with actual time to do stuff, I hope to catch a taping of a late show and finally go to Disney land

I've been playing New Star Soccer 5. 15 hours of it, actually. The game might not look like much but it's surprisingly deep and fun to play. Matches are extremely fast-paced and short enough to let you play a bunch of them in one sitting.

Been mostly playing DmC, Dead Rising 3, and Forza 5 with a little bit of Sleeping Dogs on the side. Finished both DmC and Dead Rising 3 recently. DmC was pretty good and DR3 was excellent. It's crazy the number of zombies this game throws out there. Currently playing through a second time which is even more fun since everything carries over so that you're stronger and can build all the crazy weapon combos you discovered previously right off the bat.

You know, I'm getting a little frustrated with the Last of Us. Do you realize that more after 6 months it's barely dropped in price? God of War Ascension is like $20 now. Tomb Raider is under $30. Can this game please get to under $40 please?

I beleve I paid $109 at launch.  Wait on friend, wait on.

I have been playing the shit out of Grand Theft Auto 5. I was on vacation last week, and played it every day for at least 5 hours....its still not done. The game is awesome though, like a more refined version of GTA 4.
