Speaking of handheld games ... Y CANT ZELDA JUMP? srlsly?

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
Wow, CBS finally fucked with gamefaqs. Dragged them into the 20th century. Don't like it.
Jumping is for plumbers, not elves.
But he does jump in that game.
Either way he doesn;t need to jump, he can whip out his sword and smash bush.
He does? I don't think I got the item for it yet.
I'm so useless I can't even find the key to the first dungeon. Old Zelda games are so oblique.

The latest game under podcast is mindblowing and quite frankly provocative. And I am not just saying that because I am on it.

Forgot to mention, I completed Arkham City on Friday. Good game, mostly - too un-evolved for my liking, I don't see how this is going to be a viable franchise with 3, even 4 of these similar games out soon. There was a brief glimpse of hope near the end when they threw different enemies into the ring at the same time. That mixed things up a bit. Quite funny how many big characters they kill off in the game considering how hard the comic book companies try to keep everyone live and kicking. At the end, shouldn't batman have carried T out instead of J? Jerk.
Thanks for today's updates gg and aspro. Listen to the podcast as well (had to do it in three sessions, intersparsed by lunch and then a nap).

It's not really newsy enough to call news but check this out. NECA has announced that they will be releasing a new Jason Voorhees action figure based on the infamous (and shitty) "Friday the 13th" NES game, and will debut it at San Diego Comic Con (the event that has completely and irreparably destroyed geek culture).

Arkham, one of the producers/marketing dudes working on a launch game - who initially blasted the Wii U from a technical point of view - posted this in the GPU thread:
I don't know why the second one was so flat for me. Probably the Catwoman stuff. I also preferred the more enclosed spaces of the first game than all the flying about. Fun mechanic, but after a while it's just a time filler.
Does Nintendo sell these online? I need to get a pair for my girlfriend...
Very nice.
