Yeah I have noticed and it does seem odd. I guess it's the same as going to any forum and posting a link to something you're promoting though.

It actually took me quite some time to realize there was a message board here at all! I just thought the news page was an awesome way to get new info quickly. So I've only just recently started posting. My apologies for taking so long.

I recently got AC: Brotherhood off of PSN because it was on sale. I gotta say, I'm not impressed with the load times or controls. Do either of these get better by Revelations? I just finished UC3 so hearing the same voice with worse controls makes the experience more painful.

The biggest draw with Brotherhood was the multiplayer I thought. I'm not the biggest AC fan, and Brotherhood didn't manage to win me over any moreso than the others. But multiplayer was a lot of fun, and that kept me coming back to the game for a while.

Oh ok. I've only seen a video of the multiplayer but I haven't tried it yet. I do like that they tried something different with it.

I'm really not impressed with the climbing controls in the game though. Perhaps Uncharted and inFamous spoiled me but I think it could be a lot better in this department.

Just beat Chains Of Olympus. Good game, some really cool moments in it.

I'm surprised just how much these games look and play and have the feel of the console games. I'm pretty burned out on GOW so I am trying to just get these games done as fast as possible, but They are quite well done. Vader, I don't know why you didn't like this game unless you're just burned out on the series too.

I give this one an 8.0 rating. Now on to Ghost Of Sparta.

GOWOCps3PKG_08.05.11boxart_160w.jpg

Cause it is just basic GoW. You shouldnt be going backwards in a series, this game tries nothing different. it is simply the most basic of GoW games. The action in these games aren't so great to just coast along with a predictable GoW. It is easily the worst GoW game. Plus it is like 6 hours long with no replay value.

I beat GOW 1-3 pretty much back-to-back. The Origins demo just didn't do it for me. I think the PSP's limitations and the fact that it was a prequel kind of turned me off. It's another reason I'm not extremely pumped for Ascension. I'm not usually big on prequels.

The number 1 game on media create this week:

01./00. [PSP] My Little Sister Can't Be This Cute Portable Can't Be Continuing # <ADV> (Bandai Namco Games) {2012.05.17} (¥6.280) - 53.175 / NEW

WHAT?

Some facts from gaf:

<stump> (HW sales) Vita has had 16 weeks worse than the PSP's worst week, and only 7 weeks better than the PSP's worst week*

<stump> The best-selling game on Vita in Japan (LTD) is equal to the 175th best-selling game on PSP in Japan

<stump> The second best selling game on Vita in Japan (LTD) is equal to the 250th best-selling game on PSP in Japan

* excluding 2012 sales; the PSP's worst week during its actual effective lifetime.

In about two minutes on LA Noire  we have "pearl necklaces", "golden knobs", and "balls on faces". None of them exploited.

I remember all of those, yet said nothing. I think we must have both been confused by recording it midweek.

Or we knew it would be another long one; if we were to add a humorous anectdote about bodily fluids and genitalia at every chance we got we probably would have made it to 3 hours.

I guess, but GOW3 didn't really do anything different either. I thought there was some good stuff in Chains.

Ghost Of Sparta is much better though, have you played it? The pacing of gameplay and the graphics are a huge step up. It looks better than the PS2 games in HD, unlike Chains. Awesome effects and whatnot in every scene.
