Hooooly Crap! While I have been home, I've been playing one game and one game ONLY!

I have put 50 hours into it so far. I have found 90 out of 160 Fragments. I have gotten to One of Eight Paradox Endings. I have attempted to fight the last Boss(es) a few times, failed and went back to play ten hours more after that. I have spent the last hour and a half playing Time Anomaly mini-games in an effort to release one time period from a Paradox and find Mog's home. This morning I discovered the addictiveness of Chocobo Racing, trying in vain to save 15,000 Casino Coins to purchase a Chaos Crystal and a Wild Artefact I sooo desperately need to open more areas on the Historia Crux... One thing this game certainly isn't lacking in is content!

Morrowind: Harder and less forgiving than the games that followed it, but precisely because of that, an adventure in the truest sense of the word. Besides, its main theme is beautiful.
The first Mass Effect. Might even do a complete paragon run of both games before I buy the third one. My favorite franchise this generation.
MMOs. o_O
Started my Mass Effect 2 playthrough, what an improvement over ME1, so night and day. I cannot get enough of these games. ME3 needs to get here now.
More streamlined, yes, but from an RPG standpoint, that's hardly an improvement. To be frank the only thing I didn't like of the first ME game were its atrocious menus.
WTF is this?
I dont get what ME1 did that was so great. Leveling up involved raising stats by tiny percentages which is pointless until you reach a skill point which is all that matters so ME2 focused on that. It gave you 5 million useless weapons and upgrades so ME2 did away with that. And that is it, the rest of the game is the same except ME2 plays much much better. Most importantly since ME is a shooter, it plays like a shooter.
WTF?!

You guys remember this?
It was finished last summer but still not released.
I have been playing 2 games over the past week.
Haven't put a ton of time into it yet, but I've liked what I have played of Final Fantasy 13.5 as it reminds me quite a bit of the contrast between FF 10 and FF10.5. The gameplay seems very similar to the last game, but tightened up a bit here and there. I gotta get into it to give a more full impression, but I'm into it so far. Its also one of the prettiest games out there, just like its predecessor.
I've been putting most of my gaming time into this game, and really liking it. Its a cross between a game like GTA and Mafia with something more interactive-movie like, as a game like Heavy Rain is. Its a nice change of pace, and quite addicting trying to solve the cases without making too many mistakes. I could also see necrophiliacs loving this game. I'm about halfway done. Good shit.
I may actually replay the Mass Effect games again before Mass Effect 3 comes out just to freshen my memory and make sure all my choices are going the direction I want them to.
A shooter with tons of story and breaks in the action, character interaction, and force powers.
Can you guys think of any other game where they tried to sell a game in advertising using the producer like a celeb?
Sure. Don't you remember the line "John Romero is going to make you his bitch"? Not saying the end result was good mind you...
WTF is that?
A new Uncharted 3 co-op mission released today, if you bought the pass you can get it. Should be fun, get it guys so we can play.
It was great. It felt like an RPG. Yeah its inventory system was shit, and Bioware overdid it with the upgrades (explosive ammo grade VII, VIII, IX, really?), but in case you didn't notice, raising stats by tiny percentages is pretty much standard RPG fare. It's not pointless, it's the way stats are supposed to go up. You want cool shit to happen every single time you press a button, and that's fine, but don't go around saying that ME2 is orders of magnitude better than the first game, when there's a case to be made in regards to it being a step back in several areas as much as it was a step forward in others.
At least in ME if I wanted my infiltrator to focus exclusively on sabotage and sniper rifles I could do that. The way things are going, ME3 is going to be Modern Warfare 4: Future Warfare even before MW4 hits, thanks to people with a penchant for blowing up shit constantly and Bioware being unable to do anything else but catering to them.
