Let me elaborate on why^. When doing updates you need to be able to tell at a glance what's been covered or not and where it came from. If there is a title which simply reads: Alan Wake preview and the link is google - I have no idea when it came from and so don't know whether to post an Alan Wake preview I saw at another site.

Oh, Kratos, we're going to miss your antics. The beheadings, the disembowelings, and the gratuitous sex.

Yes, last week we started to say goodbye to the star of the God of War franchise with our Best Boss Battles feature – remember, this is the end of the trilogy, so there's no guarantee Kratos will be back – and today we're continuing that send off with a high-brow feature we're calling Knockin' Boots with Kratos.

With the Ghost of Sparta riding off into the sunset, we thought we'd jumpstart his acting career with a little trailer we whipped up for his big screen debut – Mounting Olympus.

That's right, it's a porno.

Seriously, after four God of War titles, we all know the only emotion Kratos can show is rage, and that limits the roles he can go out for. Rather than live as an obscure extra in the sequel to 300, we figure Kratos could fall back on the other talent we've seen him use in each of his videogames – makin' love to random chicks.

I'll echo this sentiment for different reasons.  In general, we want the original source on stories; on this case, this just the news feed reader.  If you can't be bothered to even open the original story, is it really something worth posting?

I take issue with that. I've been updating in the few spare minutes I can get at work, I have most game sites blocked, and am only able to see them through the feed reader.If you click on the update, it takes you to the original source. I don't know why you think I can't be bothered to open the original story, I open them all and copy the adress manually in many cases, because I've already noticed that, and it still shows the code that includes the feed reader.

I guess, I'll have to update only from home from now on, but that leaves me little time left really late at night, when almost everything relevant has already been posted.

I should know better than both to try and maintain order on news postings through diplomacy.

I've fixed the issue by having the server resolve the destination address before posting.  It'll do it automatically now.
