We should both get slims.

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
I know what you mean though. While I don't wish it on those affected I'd kind of like to see that happen as well just to see the fallout and keep getting more of these hilarious pictures, gifs, and videos.
Why would the passage of time help? You can mod your system date forward -- no need to wait -- it does nothing.

LOL, just saw what this is being called "ApocalyPS3"
Apparently, the system clock is different from the OS clock, the former being the one with the bug that is creating conflict with PSN logins, trophy synchronization, and DLC management. I read at GAF that the system clock is an off-the-shelf piece, which was later properly taken into account when designin slim systems.
I dunno how accurate this information might be. That's why it seems that removing the internal battery of he system clock apparently fixes the issue.
GS still accepting console trade ins today, of course they are. They must be like "yeah your PS3 is dead, but you know what I will give you $100 for it. Hey how about you buy a new Slim while you are here."
Yeah they do.
Yup.
I have red x on my sig over there right now. It'sall your fault!
US Amazon deal of the day. Star War:Clone Wars $13 for PS3, DS or 360.

Gamespot, "This platformer based on the Star Wars cartoon TV series tries to copy the Lego game formula but gets just about everything wrong." and "a perfect storm of stupid"
1up, "Its basic design philosophy is one of laziness and glossing over problems rather than really putting out the effort to make a decent game."
IGN, "it looks rather terrible"
But, hey... it's only thirteen bucks.
I'd believe that, but I've been around GS enough to know that they are not technically capable of fixing or changing anything in the forums. They still have not fixed the double space issue after what 3 years now?
