I posted this story about 4 days ago, I thought you'd not like this game.
Yeah, some are, but they are from Eurogamer, so they are better.
Venturebeat. Whoever you are, your name shall live in infamy.
It's a tech/business website.
I think that question is hilarious and should be used when doing any interview with a Wii developer.
VB: You showed off (insert Wii game) today for the first time. The graphics didn’t live up to what I’ve seen on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 games. What will be the appeal of this game?
As a general form of etiquette it's okay to delete a story that you see duped right? Unless it's bringing something new?
You can delete anything you want except articles from GoNintendo.
Yeah, sometimes different sources give a slightly different news, but if not feel free to delete dupes. Just be sure you remove the inferior (read IGN) and not the superior (read Eurogamer) duplicate.
Right! I'll get right on that!
Picked up the Monster Hunter Tri demo from GameStop a few moments ago. I'll be posting impressions on it later tonight.
I almost hesitate to play it though. If it is anything like what I am expecting, it will make the wait until April 20th absolutely intolerable for me!
I didn't use to read eurogamer but their reviews are pretty good with the occasional headscratcher ( cod reflex - grrr).
Playing BioShock 2 currently.
What can I say? It doesn't exactly have me enraptured. (Pun FULLY intended!)
It seems to lack the magic of the first. It seems veeery linear. It seems to have been reduced to almost strictly first-person-shooting, lacking A LOT of the intrigue and optional side-quest events of the first.
The atmosphere and the music is all still there, but so far NOTHING strikes me as new or inventive.
I think they changed the voice of Andrew Ryan. It doesn't sound quite right to me. The new Boss of Rapture has less personality and seems more like a fanatic than a visionary like Ryan was portrayed.
I have adopted a little sister. I haven't gotten to the point where you can harvest them or adopt them yet. Maybe the game will open up more then?
The first Big Daddy fight was kinda easy and somewhat anti-climatic. True, you are a Big Daddy too, but --THOSE-- fights used to instill FEAR in me in the first game! The Big Sisters seem more threatening, but I haven't been able to fight one properly yet.
I can't get over the "been there done that feeling" yet. It's true I've only just begun, and the game was pretty universally highly rated for some reason (I hope!) but right now, I just don't see it!
This is the sequel to one of my favorite games in the last few years, but I am eyeing it MORE for the GameStop 50% Trade-in promotion MORE than I am enjoying it and --THAT'S-- NOT good!
That's actually encouraged. Additionally, I'll take this opportunity to also state that original sources are preferred, so if you have a story where for example, it's just Kotaku reporting on a 1up story, post the 1up story. Or if they are both up, delete the Kotaku story, even if it was up first.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileWell just beat New Super Mario Bros. Wii, it's a really great game. It took me about 10 and half hours which isn't bad considering all the Star coins I still have left to get, Toads I could go rescue, and there apparently looks to be a 9th World to go to. I really dug all the little touches such as turtles occassionaly do a bit of a 'pose' during certain music cues, the cheering if you collected all the red or blue coins during the timed events, and the numerous references to earlier Mario games like SMB, SMB3, and SMW. The graphics and different worlds looked quite nice and varied plus it had the usual great Mario type music. Some nifty Wii-mote uses in the game as well. Definitely a very solid 8.5 to 9 game.
Got some Vanquish info though! It will change shooters forever! Or maybe not but give an alternative that should be better than almost every shooter.
Disappointing.
He's probably disappointed in that ridiculously low score you gave it. NSMB Wii deserves nothing less than a 10!
Blocks slap, kicks Iga in the balls.
And who do you think suggested to use said company for Metroid. Obviously the director is in charge so all final decisions go through him. Still there is a reason why this game looks like a Team Ninja game, why many say it feels like a Team Ninja game, because it is partly made by Team Ninja. He chose Team Ninja I guess, well this is what you get. Not that it is a bad thing, it is just a bad thing when you are SHOWING A FREAKING TRAILER!
