On top of it, Square is getting very cocky with FF 14 too. They're claiming its the WoW killer (good luck with that guys). Frankly I think the genre is going to die or evolve after WoW is done being popular. The new Star Trek Online could prove me wrong, but we'll need 6 months to see if that happens.
Monster Hunter Tri bundles Wii SpeakWith Endless Ocean 2, Monster Hunter tri and Grinder as well as Animal Crossing having Wii Speak, it looks like it's a good time to get one. Remember for a limited number of copies you can get Endless Ocean 2 for $30 bundled with Wii Speak.
Monster Hunter Tri's coming to European Wiis in April, and there will be three ways for you to buy the game.
The first way is solus (the game only). The latter two options are bundles: one with a black Classic Controller Pro, the other with Wii Speak and a black Classic Controller Pro.
Wii Speak is one of the European additions to the action RPG, as we told you in a hands-on piece last year.
Monster Hunter Tri will be playable both in split-screen and online, so there should always be a helping hand around for a big boss take-down.
Whether these extras will be enough to spark European fervour for the series remains to be seen. Capcom's determined to win our hearts.
Aussies:
If it's any consolation, the first game has no danger and virtually unlimited air supply. Plus you can swim with a dolphin buddy.
Sounds about right.
Alright that's it, GG works for IGN UK confirmed!

Monster Hunter Tri bundled with Wii Speak? Sweet. What's this black Classic Controller Pro though?

Capcom helped nintendo with the design. Doesn't seem that much different to me though, aside from the wings.

Going forward, Capcom says it is likely to outsource only existing properties "with well-established characters and universal themes" to Western developers. "Overseas companies will also handle certain parts and/or lineups of such games," the company concludes.
In other words, they're only gonna let outside developers handle games that can basically be copy-pasted with proven gameplay and concepts, like the Resident Evil formula as an example. That way coming up with new ideas and concepts isn't an issue; they can just blatantly rip off the previous titles and everyone's happy.
Man, RE5 is Capcom's 2nd best-selling game? That kind of disappoints me. Good game, but there's many better titles on that list.
The wings make the controller USABLE to me though. The old model was fine on SNES when I was 11 years old or whatever, but times have changed. Its nice to have grip, especially with analog sticks.
They also changed the should buttons and improved them it looks like. Nice looking controller....kind of what the GAMECUBE controller should have been.
i think it's nice as well and i would have bought one if i didn't have a classic controller already. i agree that it's better to have the grips, but it's not so much better to buy a new controller for that alone. and it still cannot be used for gamecube games can it? and it still doesn't have rumble.
think the only chance of me getting one is if it is practically a giveaway in the MH3 bundle ie no more than 5-6 pounds more expensive than the solus game

Yeah that's totally lame that it doesn't have vibration. SO CLOSE NINTENDO......so close to actually having a controller that does everything it should do! LOL
