Call of Duty classic review 7/1 [seriously? It's exactly the same game. Why not a 10?]
I read that a few days ago and fid find it funny that they basically said it's the same game.
I'm going to say Foolz did it.
A portion of an IGN review...
Nintendo's latest pocket Zelda trumps the first game hands-down, delivering amazing bosses once again, now complemented with impressive dungeons, a truly epic challenge in the Spirit Tower, and a substantially longer adventure overall. Nintendo fans now have two must-play Zelda offerings on DS, as Spirit Tracks is an adventure not to be missed. Pick it up. You won't be disappointed.
"...that (Wii RPG) is indeed a project that we were working on at one point, but it doesn’t mean there will be no more Order Up! games. That game (in the video) is still something that we definitely want to see finished. We’re actively talking to various publishers about ways to continue it. For that matter, the future of Order Up! is in a similar boat. We’re actively looking for a publishing partner, and have already done a good amount of work on Order Up! 2. :-)" - SuperVillain Studios team member
Yoda, 1/4 updates I try to post wont work. It says processing yet never does.
"I don't have the rights to any of the IPs that I've made. They belong to the companies that publish them, and they're a business so they have a right to exploit those IPs as they want.... However, to be completely honest, I'd love to do them myself. Up until very recently I really felt someday I wanted to make a sequel to Okami, and there were others who wanted me to as well. But then the other day I heard the announcement that someone else would be making a sequel and now I'm just not interested in it anymore. Once someone else touches a world that you yourself created it stops being yours. There is no point in making a sequel when the world doesn't belong to you. Viewtiful Joe is probably all I've got left. That story is incomplete so I'd like to finish it someday. But that would probably be the most difficult one to do [laughs]." - Platinum Games' Hideki Kamiya

Review
The best compliment we can pay Spirit Tracks is it feels like a proper full-fat Zelda game. This isn’t some stripped-down poor cousin to the console entries. Instead, it’s the perfect example of how a developer can successfully squeeze a console series onto a handheld by using the hardware’s strengths.
i've finished two temples (out of four) and completed three sections (out of five?) in the spirit tower to get 3/4 of the map. it didn't take me long to get this far, so in some ways it's a relief to hear that there's about 20 hours of game at least in this, but in another way it worries me that it may all be spread too thinly in the latter half of the game (instead of picking up in the normal way Zelda games do).
first off, the game is identical in structure to Phantom Hourglass, so the people here that fundamentally loath that game, i think can safely stay away. there are some significant differences/improvements. though there is a central dungeon which you have to go back to every time to get more of the map, you don't actually have to repeat any of the early sections. you go around a central, circular set of stairs which takes you further up to new floors every time you revisit. it's a great concept, and this effectively doubles the number of dungeons you have to solve in the game. another great addition is a key gameplay mechanic in the spirit tower sections which i will not reveal as it could be considered a spoiler by some. there seem to be more, and more interesting side quests/mini games than in phantom hourglass (the stamp book especially is a great idea). the game doesn't have hidden heart pieces like PH, which was something i didn't like then and i still don't like now. the biggest difference is that the difficulty is not completely trivial like in PH. so far while i didn't get stuck in any single puzzle, the second dungeon took a few tries as i died a few times. traveling the overworld by train is fairly similar to how you used the boat in the last game (except for obviously just being restricted to the tracks), you upgrade your train with parts etc as well ... bit boring.
anyway, i'm very happy with the game and i'm really looking forward to playing much more of it

Then he gives applies the worst case scenario to the Wii and the best case scenerios to the 360 and the PS3 through 2014 and this is what that looks like:

WHAT???? THERE'S GOING TO BE AN ORDER UP 2????? This is the greatest news I have heard in weeks. I never would have guessed that game would get a sequel. Oh I'm giddy.
You know, that kind of attitude just doesn't help anyone.
Actually I'm not worried about Order Up 2 finding a publisher. Regardless of how the game sold it, it got strong reviews all the way around. SVS did pretty well with Fat Princess and they have more pull than they did a year ago, so I suspect they are looking for someone other than Zoo Games in hopes that they could find a publisher that is willing to actually make an attempt at marketing the game. And if not, I'm sure Zoo Games would publish it again. God knows they'll publish any crap they can get their hands one whether its good or not.
They should WiiWare it.
*runs*
Oh yeah? Well they should WiiWare your face!!! BURN!!! That's right I went there.
Yes, maybe its on IGN.
I will get it today but probably won't be able to play much.
