Yes
Then fuck you again. Just for the sake of it.
Yeah, it was a fun, mindless arcade game. That's why I liked it. I agree that it wasn't great, but it was good in a B-movie sense. It was well worth the $5 I payed to play through it anyway.
I can understand your disappointment, though.
Street Figher: Battle of the Asses! Round One!

With the more muscular, bubble-like butt --AND-- he looks better in a thong!
And dicks up.
What, if anything, do these four men have in common...?

Just read this in the IGN CTYD preview:
As for those features that had to be removed, zombies were one of them. There are noticeably fewer undead onscreen than in the 360 game, and they magically "pop in" from nowhere as you run around the mall. Where this is most noticeable is in the transition from cut scenes to gameplay – immediately after seeing rendered video filled with zombies, you're dropped back into the game with just a handful of the ghouls.
Now that is just LAZY. They just used the 360 cutscenes and you get this disparity.
From the Inafune podcast on Wii support:
"Of course the Wii is a very important part of our multi-platform strategy. Games like RE4 on the Wii and Umbrella Chronicles have done quite well for us, and of course there's Monster Hunter. Although it isn't too popular, it was the number one selling title in Japan last year. So that goes to show we are very serious about the Wii as a company. People say that third-party Wii games don't sell in Japan, but I can honestly say that we are cutting no corners with Monster Hunter Tri. There's a lot of pressure to make it succeed, and I'm sure there will be a lot of shocked gamers out there when they see just how good Monster Hunter Tri looks. Please don't worry. We are putting a lot of effort into Wii as well."
You see those RE games launched before 2008 even and now when it comes to Capcom Wii support just about the only game they can talk about is MH3. It's quite telling when they can easily slip into SFIV chat, RE5 chat, Bionic Commando chat, Dark Void chat, Dead Rising 2 chat, DMC4 etc etc. Oh and look they are announcing a new 360 game this monday....
We are making an effort and MH3 is our only proof? Well good on them for doing that, but its the imbalance again. Given the economics there isn't much excuse and leaving so long between the end of the last RE on Wii and starting a new one means that any future game wont come out for well over a year, unless they are hiding one in secret. Even if they matched 1:1 the titlecount on Wii compared to what else they are doing, all that would still only cost half as much to make.
Allright, I did them.
Well I payed twice as much to own it.
Oh shit yeah! Capcom unvieling a new 360 game on Feb. 23rd? Sweet. That's only a few days away too. I wonder what it will be. I'd love to see a Lost Planet 2.
Yeah I rarely try to edit posts here.
February 23rd will be a very good day then...
... it's Festivale in Animal Crossing.
Rare axes artist and engineer positionsBanjo and Viva Piñata studio Rare has already axed a number of positions in its art and engineering teams, GamesIndustry.biz understands.
Around 12 positions have gone in both departments, and the company is also reducing the number of project leads, asking employees to reapply for positions elsewhere within the company.
Microsoft Game Studios announced on Tuesday that it intends to restructure the highly-regarded team, in order to simplify development.
By adopting new business and development processes, Rare hopes to be more reactive to the wider changes hitting the Microsoft Corporation, which has led to the company shedding 5000 employees.
However, despite the changes, Rare is currently at work on four different projects and continues to be a flagship studio for Microsoft Game Studios. Earlier this month, Microsoft's Chris Lewis told GamesIndustry.biz that original IP would not be sacrificed by MGS in favour of working on popular franchises.
"If you batten down the hatches and simply work where you know you're already strong, that doesn't give you the future growth that we're all hungry for," he said.
A spokesperson for Rare declined to offer any official comment

Grabbed by the Ghoulies sequel?
Cute and cuddly British developer Rare has plenty of enthusiasm for a Grabbed by the Ghoulies sequel, but needs an equal amount of enthusiasm from you to warrant one.
"Yes, we had plans in place for a sequel which was actually quite different and probably would have had an openworld setting," said Rare's Gavin Price during an enlightening and light-hearted retrospective of Ghoulies' development.
"I'd make one tomorrow!" chirped artist Ed Bryan, before software bod James Thomas blurted: "Personally I love the thought of that. Just imagine how much more we could do with it!"
"No," stamped a sombre Gregg Mayles. "The lack of sales and promise of worldwide fame that I was certain Ghoulies would bring has reduced me to a spiritually broken recluse."
Grabbed by the Ghoulies - a silly, haunted-house beat-'em-up - recently joined the ranks of Xbox Originals for sale on Xbox Live. These cost 1200 Microsoft Points (GBP 10.20 / EUR 14.40), which is quite a lot.
But, when asked why people should bother, Gavin Price added: "You could trigger a sequel."
"Here's a fourth reason, too: there's a finished copy of Killer Instinct 3 hidden in the game that will only unlock once a million people have downloaded Ghoulies," he teased, tip-toeing along the is-it-isn't-it-in-development Killer Instinct 3 tightrope.
Grabbed by the Ghoulies was Rare's first piece of work for Microsoft, which we thought was very good.
"[Grabbed by the Ghoulies is] a rollercoaster ride through a zombie-infested house, battling over-friendly vampire chicks and Ninja Imps with help from a rather camp skeleton and a shifty-looking groundskeeper," surmised Ed Bryan, succinctly.
Metroid Prime Wii Hands on IR control
SOLD!
Two things I wanted most when I played MP on GC years ago was widescreen support and the ability to look while moving. Nintendo just made a great game even better.
I really really REALLY hope that one of Rare's next games is Killer Instinct 3. I'm pretty sure it is but I want confirmation like NAO!!!
Agreed!
You forgot
Retro has also brought over a version of the achievement system from Corruption, and while it isn't as complex with only two types of tokens, the sound test is a welcome addition.
Achievements, for achievement whores like Archie, and a freaking sound test
Ditto.
They need to update the art though. I checked the 3D renders of the original two and besides Fulgore and Clacius, they all look horrible. Maybe Cell-Shading, but I do not have high hopes, Rare has horrible character designs.
Achievements for Metroid Prime? Cool. I really enjoyed that game so from the sounds of all they did to re-release it on the Wii I'll most likely pick it up if the price is right.
Eh? Voice samples? I must read this article. What tokens too?
It would be uber funny if their next game actually was Grabbed by the Ghoulies 2. I want Rare's next game to be, uh a new Banjo platformer or Jet Force Gemini.
