True dat.
Funny thing is, the very best people at Gamespot left a looong time ago. Long before Gerstmann became EIC. That site was on a slow decline from 2003 on. Before that Gerstmann was known as the worst guy there. He just rose to fame through being there so long, after years of shit reviews and viewpoints.
Nice guy. Shouldn't be doing what he does though.
What?! My crotch will be the last thing you see!
Not one of the Max Payne's even got to the 90% mark on GR's so that disqualify's the critically. Not to mention the game didn't hold the test of time as well either (I'll assume).
Outside of the U.K. Europe's serious gaming market is all PC, the only people who play console or handhelds are the more casual gamers.
As for E3, it was said to be getting too hectic and losing contact for what it really was about (the pubishers/developers) as most people supposedly saw it as a "circus". What I don't understand is that it seems that Nintendo, SONY, and Microsoft take it far less seriously, or could it be that the E3 holders ask them for less MEGATONS to make it more about the third parties then them? I'm not sure.
Oh and using VGChartz is a horrible source especially for million seller sales. That saying I wouldn't doubt that that game will eventually reach a million.

Triangle chokes.
For real? Why are they so into PC?
Thrust me, it is not funny when you get your head caught between a man's thighs.
Especially if he didn't wipe good enough.
What the hell?
This is why Insert Coin rules.
Europe is handheld central. PCs and the Wii are big there too! The reason for PC, my theory is that they have a higher average education. So they already have PC for working needs and porn and they know how to use it.

WTF is up with that title?
I knew I was good for something
I personally never got this core vs casual shit. I mean prior to this generation hardcore didn't refer to shit like Halo or GTA, no hardcore refered to shit like Life-Life Tactical Strategy Shooters, Submarine Simulator's, Psychodically Difficult Shoot-em-ups, Dungeon Crawlers where players had to do a 6 hour marathon just to complete a single dungeon, that use to be hardcore. Now what's hardcore? GTA? Halo? SSB? WTF? Last generation these were the games that were said to be the casual games and now they are some untouchable core God's?
And why do people want their games to be associated with core games in the first place? I mean most core games are pure shit and people only play them to get the challenge. I don't think playing a single dungeon for a quarter of a day is good design, nor is a shoot-em-up that I die because of the games actions and not mine, nor is a shooter where if a go a millimeter off in the wrong direction I get killed with one shot.
I mean WTF happened to games just being games. Last generation I don't remember people saying shit like "Ugh...Katarmari Damachi...is that a core game or a casual game? Should I buy it to support the community?". I can't tell you how many times I've seen people turn down games like BoomBlox or some other stuff because it wasn't "for the community". This shit pisses me off. And to think if companies are going by the usual console cycle this generation is half-done already. Comparing this generation of consoles to the last is there really any comparison to which had the better games and the "core" games? But no this is the generation where core and casual really matter right? Pure shit.

Utilizes the same engine as Resident Evil 4 Wii edition.
WTF? How about utilizing an engine made for Wii?
Chop til you drop.
I'm going to have to write a query to count the number of crotch and genetalia references. I think we're close to a 1:1 ratio.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileWhat? No ass love?
Shame on you, yoda. Shame on you.
I hear ya, Punk. I still laugh when people refer to Super Mario as a "hardcore" game. I actually hate hearing all the "core vs. casual" nonsense. and I cringe everytime some suit uses either word.
"Thrust me"? A little Freudian slip there perhaps.
