Still a great game. I've tried to replay it a couple of times over the years, but usually get stuck on the JabuJabu temple and give up.
When I was playing TotK I was appalled by the mirror 'puzzles'. 25 years ago we were given a mirror shield to freely direct beams of light in 3D in order to solve puzzles, and now all we are trusted with is turning some columns with a fixed mirror on them?
I tried to play it last night and couldn't get into because the controls didn't feel intuitive enough. Same with Goldeneye.
The Water Temple can go straight to Hell.

I just tried out the Mclassic with this dongle that finally allows a 2k output on a 4ktv. Mclassic by itself would only output 1080p before on a 4ktv unless your tv specifically had a 2k mode.
And it f-ing works! It's so much sharper and more colourful. Everything is crisp on Mario Odyssey. Aliasing is much reduced, details in the far distance are viewable rather than being a blurry mess. This is awesome. I took a couple of crap offscreen pics I may upload but it's hard to see the real difference unless you're standing in front of it.
Get an Mclassic for Christmas, buy this $20 2k dongle and you're set.
