In more anus news I'm getting a colonoscopy on Monday. I requested it since my grandfather died of colon cancer at the age of 52. I’m only 46, but felt like an ounce of prevention goes a long way. Anybody else have experience with this? I’m really not looking forward to Sunday and drinking all of that prep to clean out my colon.

I've got to get this done too. I have a cousin just diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Poor guy is 44.
Anyway my wife had to do it when they were diagnosing her GI issues. Basically after you drink the cleanse stuff make it a point to never be more than about 10 ft away from the bathroom. The feeling can come completely out of nowhere.
Also, be sure to keep your phone charged or charger in the bathroom. You'll be in there for a while.
