This weekend i finally finished the epic Bug Fables. I recommend this game to everyone here, especially to the Paper Mario fans. The second I finished it I immediately wondered if a sequel is on the horizon. I also tried so Gears of War co-op and will definitely return to it. The original is still the best.
Now I'm staying up later than usual cheering the Lady Gamecocks to their second championship (hopefully).
This weekend I played Mario Kart 8 new DLC.
One thing I'll say is, I really don't like the rampage battles, we have to defend the fort. I was just seeing like an unnecessary break from the usual gameplay, which you don't need to break from.
Woo! Go Gamecocks!
I've been finishing up Psychonauts 2. Up to the last part of Crueller's mind.
Didn’t game too much this weekend. Played some Elden Ring NG+ and Kirby and the Forgotten Land. This weekend was all about WrestleMania. Just finished watching Night Two. It was a really good WrestleMania this year. Stone Cold having a really good match with Kevin Owens. It’s been so long since he’s had a match. Cody Rhodes return to WWE got a MASSIVE pop.
Played some Paper Mario Origami Killer and Actraiser on SNES.
I only managed some co-op Borderlands 3. We beat the game, but the lag was atrocious. My partner got kicked from the game a couple of times. I even stopped shooting during the end boss while waiting for him to join agai.n After the credits rolled we decided to try have him host the game. He even suffered from horrible lag when he was alone in his game before I joined. And when I did join he was invisible to me, I could only see his gun.
He looked it up (as he always doos) and apparently it's a problem more people suffer from. Really impacted our enjoyment of the game. The game itself wasn't half bad, although 2 remains the pinaccle of the series.
^Yes already downloaded it. Who knows when I'll get to play all the games I've gotten from Amazon games.
I've just managed to listen to the first 3.5 minutes of the penultimate GU podcast. On the topic of fashion (or lack thereof) I think that it's a male thing to just always wear the same type of attire.
I've been wearing dark blue jeans all my life, and my clothing style hasn't really evolved much ever since I started working. Back then I had to change, because I clearly couldn't be wearing hoodies in the office and my specific clothing style has kind of evolved into a brand. For an entrepreneur that sells specific services to people I find this to be advantageous. I started wearing trilby hats about 15 years ago, and people who I've only fleetingly met years ago will still remember me from my choice of clothing (and hat, obviously).
I am completely forgotten but Amazon gives away games. I don't really have a gaming pc (technically I do but my son pretty much has claimed it as his own) and for the longest time they were only offering junk games so I just never paid much attention. Apparently the quality of their offerings has been going up though, so I've probably missed out on a couple gems over the last year. Oh well, better late than never.
And like yourself, I'm probably never going to have the time to play them anyway.
It's a 3 hour game approx
Very adult language. Like a graphic adventure with 2 douche bags convincing other animals to raid stores during a zombie apocalypse.
Pretty fun overall but the main mechanic is like encumbered status in an Elder scrolls game.
The game essentially makes you do light maths to decide what items to take or trade.
Couple of mildly irritating control decisions. But humour and a fantastic art style pulled it through.
They even had a Seinfeld Art Vandalay joke. I'm awaiting part 2. 😊

They say it's an adult game that kids can play. The best Star wars game ever made. Tons of content too.
Must buy.
It's been out on PS4 for a while.
Importantly there is a casual mode so I can soak up the adventure game aspects whilst ignoring the tactical battles.
Eh... I'd say my feelings towards it are luke warm at best.
