This weekend I'm learning how to be a samurai in Ghost of Tsushima. What about you?
This was just a hodgepodge of random gaming. Played some arcade games in Capcom Arcade Stadium. A bit of Doom Eternal. Hopped into Astral Chain for a quick mission. Tried out some old school Fire Emblem with that NES game Nintendo ported to the Switch. Played a round of Pac-Man 99. Checked out the Project Triangle demo.
Taking my last screenshots in Cyberpunk 2077.
I'm finally finished with it now.
Have not played anything in two weeks. ARRGGGHH!
Looking at games beaten this year, not a great start:
Wish I could give you more than 1 +1
Started playing Yokus Island Express. Pretty creative platformer with pinball elements. Free on Amazon Prime games.
Underselling, it. Very clever concept.
They deserve it.
I played it short after it was released. It's a very charming and enjoyable little game
Speaking of games you've played, Supreme, I played Genesis Noir.
I'd tease podcast impressions if we were likely to record ever again, but at this rate we'll reach the big crunch long before then, so I'll just say i found it to be rather trite. But I did appreciate the scientist puzzle, the jazz jam session, the dancing at the end and killing all the billionaires escaping a dying earth with black holes.
Yeah, I'm not sure what to think of it either, other than that as a full package it's rather unique. I enjoyed it for it's graphical style and outlandish concept.
Aside from the obligatory MonHun in which we got our ass handed to us by the next endgame beast, I played Tetris99 and the opening of ME Andromeda (read: I waited for it to install and then went to bed).
Just wait until you get to Fatalis. The endgame beast to end all endgame beasts.
Pfffft. I eat Fatalis' for breakfast. Or at least I did in Monhun 4. Now I have to drag my co-op buddy along, who is a bit like a glass cannon. And I say a bit, because he ends up carting a lot, but doesn't actually do much damage either.
Don’t know how he compares to his Monhun 4 incarnation but he’s a carting machine in this game.
Definitely going to check out that Dragon Quest 35th Anniversary stream on the 27th.
