I was browsing the internet and came across a PC from HP that came with batteries and a kind of harness so you could wear it like a backpack for 'wireless' VR. As a solution for a problem it was equal parts practical and insane.

Next Summer? As in Summer of 2022? That’s crazy.

Has your and your mother's isolation ended?

Covid can get worse at the end after it improves, so it might just be that. Either way, hope you improve again soon. Sad

I'm nearing the end of Catherine: Full Blood.  For those of you who gave up halfway on previous playthroughs: there's definitely a difficulty spike at the mid way point.  Some of the latter puzzle levels are laughably easy compared to what has come before.

I wonder if this was done on purpose for pacing's sake, as to not bog down the story too much while nearing the finale.

Yeah for sure. I was breezing through early on in my 360 play through and started noticing the spike around midway. I was quite close to the end when I just got totally stumped.

Been having some epic matches of Super Mario Bros. 35 these past few days. The games have been going right down to the wire and running out of time with coming in either 3rd or 2nd. Pretty intense as your racing through trying to get as much time as you can while the time keeps speeding up in its rate of countdown.

This may seem odd, but I just got into a conversation about Tales of Destiny for the PS1. Did anyone here ever get into the Tales series? I really enjoy that first game (technically second I suppose), But I never touched another one. Just curious if there was something else in the series worth playing.

Gearbox bought by THQ Nordic parent company

THQ Nordic always manages to surprise me. I can't help but feel they're like a third tier publisher at best, but they keep buying some pretty well established series. Borderlands may not quite have the pedigree that it achieved when it first came out, but that's still a pretty big series. These guys must be doing something right.

isolation has ended. The covid gave me a cough, muscle pains and tight chest but no blocked or runny nose. Then as I was near recovered I caught a cold which feels worse than the covid. Nothing I hate more than a blocked nose, sneezing and snot running out of it.

I’ve always enjoyed the Tales of games myself, played so many over the years. Tales of Vesperia is probably my favourite in the franchise and one that I would recommend. The Definitive Edition is available for the Xbox One, PS4, and Switch. Can probably get it on sale on one of those systems at any given time.

Speak of the devil. Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is on sale on Xbox One for 75% off right. Didn’t see it on the Switch and don’t know about the PlayStation Store. May hit those in the next little while though.
