Hey here's a fun story. Early last week I messed up my back pretty good lifting some heavy boxes out of the trunk of my car. Spent a couple of days in pain, but by the weekend it more or less went away, and by Tuesday I had forgotten that it was even a thing. Coincidentally on Tuesday, I tried out Ring Fit Adventure.
Yesterday all that pain came back and brought reinforcements. so it would appear, even jogging in place is a bit too strenuous for me right now. Going to have to shelf that game for a few weeks. definitely cannot go through what I went through last night again. In the meantime I'll just occupy my time going back and forth being entertained and bored to tears while playing The Last of Us 2.
Oh man, I feel your pain. I put my back out putting together these plastic barriers so that our school children can sit close to each other. Luckily, it's gone now.
You know I've joked about being an old man for ages, but this is the first time I have actually felt like one.
I have felt that way a lot over the last 3-4 years. I've been going from one injury or illness after another, often overlapping. I fell on some ice in my driveway two weeks ago requiring me to go to the doctor; nothing broken, thankfully. I am doing much better, but I'm still feeling it. I don't seem to heal as fast as I did 5 or 10 years ago.

Well, I wish I could say I haven't felt old for ages, but I have had a hip replacement.
Anyhow, everyone knows things start to go downhill as soon as you hit 16.
