I think they all have at least one. Chirac was nicknamed 'monsier 5 minutes, douche comprise' by his private driver, which translates to 'mister 5 minutes, shower included'. The only one I know that didn't have a mistress during his presidency is Sarkozy, but he divorsed his wife just as he became president and married ex top model Carla Bruni a year later.

And gambling isn't illegal, but you have to adhere to the legislation, which videogame publishers aren't keen on, so they'd rather just not release here. Some games just cut out the lootboxy bits but just as many don't bother.
