I'm playing the fan translation of Ace Attorney Investigations 2 for the DS. it's a solid game, but I can't help but feel something is lacking in the translation.
Don't get me wrong, it's actually a very solid translation. There are no confusing bits of dialogue, and the storyline is being delivered crystal clear. However, it is lacking that humor that the Ace Attorney games usually have. It's tough to say whether or not that's due to the translation, or if maybe along with the gameplay, that by this installment even the joke formulas had gotten very old and tired.
I've got the first two chapters under my belt though, and there's only three more to go. I'll probably finish it even if it isn't giving me the chuckles that the series usually does.
I'm playing Super Metroid, currently on the wrecker ship. So many similarities to the first Prime.
I’ve mostly been playing Dark Souls Remastered on the Xbox One this weekend. Also played a bit of Nier: Automata Become as Gods Edition too.
While I should be playing Super Metroid, instead I played What Remains of Edith Finch. It had its moments, but was pretty disappointing compared to The Unfinished Swan (which takes place in the same universe; and isn't exactly great to begin with).
There's a connection between Edith Finch and Unfinished Swan? Well then.... I won't be playing What Remains of Edith Finch.
It's a really cool connection near the end.
I'm still playing Sekiro.
I caught em all.
All dem STDs
I thought I posted "how are you going to catch 'em all if you don't have sex?", but must have forgotten to hit submit or timed out.
FF7 demo!!!! I played FF7 remake! Its real!!! WHat a miracle. and what a demo!
The music is perfect, visuals perfect, combat is a huge improvement over 15.. it seems like everything we could have hoped for.
Did you see those Half Life Alyx videos!!!! My god what a VR game!
So did anyone back the W101 kickstarter? despite my aversion to rereleases and kickstarters for people that really shouldn't be needing them I'm thinking I might pick the game up for Switch when it releases in May. It was a very unique, enjoyable and over the top experience I wouldn't mind playing again on a system that
doesn't havealso has issue's with it's controller.I didn’t back the Wonderful 101 kickstarter but I’ll definitely buy the game for the Switch when it comes out. I have the Wii U version but only played it very briefly. As usual I got sidetracked and just never got back to it.
Love W101 but I still own it so no need for a port. Though one day if cheap I'll get it.
I liked the drawing mechanics, so if I want to replay it I'd rather do so on the Wii U.
It might be worth a Steam sale at some point in the future, though.
I gave up on the game with the train boss. Pretty much because I ran out of space in the fridge and had to clear it out. Now 7 years after Wii U launched I have an HDD. Can't find the will to play it. Can't be bothered playing Outlast. Just Splatoon till Animal Crossing.
Apple will be paying $500 million to settle a class action lawsuit about how Apple allegedly systematically throttled down the cpu of it's phones over time to encourage people to upgrade sooner. Apple itself admits to the practice, but stated it was to improve battery life.
I'm not surprised in this at all. $500 million seems like a bargain to me.
