Ah this is the shooter.
When I heard gamer/Florida/David Katz I was like wtf? Then I assumed it was someone different because of his age.
Is he dead? Another guy who just LOOKS mentally disturbed. How fucked up do you need to be, to start shooting people over losing at something? People need to stop coddling the weak.
Because you CAN get a read on someone just by the way they look. We're programmed that way. I'm not talking about pictures on the internet. I'm talking about when you're face to face with someone. I guarantee there were people at this thing who were thinking this dude didn't look right. And obviously he WAS disturbed, so this pic here is I'm sure a good representation of him.
The art style is awful. I love the series but they're definitely missing that flashy neon vibe with the hand drawn look. Colors seem a little muted too but that could just be from what's been shown. Still I'll give it a chance.
Something about it looks very generic.
Yeah, I’m not really feeling the art style for Streets of Rage 4 but I’ll probably give it a try if the gameplay turns out well.
But you weren't at the event, and this is a picture on the internet.
Yes yes he hasn't my name, what a piece of shit.
Streets of rage 4!!!!! Why a glorious time for games. Art style is meh. Hopefully they will do like wonder boy and have a toggle to old graphics.
Grandia 1 and 2 on Switch. Hope it comes to AU physical release. Not available for preorder on amazon.com.au so far
It was still worth playing for the spectacle of the event/ education value. Rockstar games do have a floor in terms of quality that for most is very high.
Don;t know if I need a reason to replay TWEWY -- I'd be just as happy to pick up the original and play it again.
I never played TWEWY, but I fear my time will be too limited and my backlog too large for me to squeeze it in. I'll get in when it gets released on the Switch 2.
Just watched the Streets of Rage reveal trailer, I really don't mind the graphical style. Then again, I never really played any of the previous games, so I have no basepoint to react to. I did roll my eyes at the reveal of the female lead though, when she came onto the screen with the oh so stereotypical kickassiness-while-still-incorporating-boob-jiggle portrayal of women in videogames. That she is well endowed in the milk retention department is fine, but it being the first thing the developers want you to notice about her is getting tiring.
In different news, the internet has suddenly decided I live in Germany. Even Google itself has now reverted to German and is showing me German sites as results. Sehr gut.
Well it's a 90s game and that's how she dresses. Good for accuracy.
I wasn't criticizing her wardrobe, but rather how the camera panned about her during her innitial reveal to maximize the potential for glorious jiggle. Mind you, I do not object to jiggle either, but it's getting so predictable.
