So TLG basically controls and feels just like SotC. 10 years no enhancement to their controls or camera system. At least the game sounds cool, the puzzles between the two seem engaging.
I read the TLG impressions. Sounds like it'll make Team Ico fans happy and everyone else will go, "meh." It's all a moot point though. We all know it's going to be delayed again.

I'm hoping the home play is just an option; I plan to use it solely as a portable console like my 3DS, which i play more than all my other systems combined. Shoot, I treat my Wii U like it's a portable system too, playing most games on the U-pad screen.

No matter what I do think it will be designed as a handheld first, and hybrid second. With Sony more or less bowing out of the portable market it's pretty much just Nintendo in the space. It might not be the space it once was, but there is still lots of money to be made there, especially in Japan.

I've talked about Recore the same way I've talked about many games that received lots of average reviews that I feel are actually better than people have given them credit for. Be it Zombi U, or Lost Odyssey, or whatever it may be. played the game. It's legitimately a good game from what I've played. If it sucked, I would say so. The worst thing I've experienced is some slightly long load times. Big deal.
Remember the time Fire Emblem Wii got a shit review and you made giant blogs about it in disagreement? It's kind of like that.
