I had forgotten about this lawsuit. Zenimax is not fucking around. I wonder if this is still bluster on their part and an attempt to get a settlement to shut up, or if they really have some genuinally damning evidence against Carmack and Palmer.
Well they called Palmer a fraud, saying that nearly all the tech was developed by Zenimax. That's a bold statement to make if you don't have anything to back it up.

Have it. Haven't played it yet. Been on a Metroid-Vania kick lately. After XeoDrifter, Song of the Deep and HeadLander, I have moved on to Shantae: Pirate's Curse. I am getting ready for Shantae: Half-Genie Hero next month. When I play it, I'll let you know!
Playing some high level quests in Monster Hunter 4. I like how the high level monsters often have extra attacks when compared to their low-level counterparts. In Tri they were exactly the same, only stronger. Now you think they're exactly the same, and then they come at you with these strong new attacks and catch you unawares.
I just started. First mission.
So far all I can say is that it feels like a much better looking Human Revolution with more streamlined controls & menu's.
Not sure what to make of this. I'd think it'd be better to focus on what you're good at and that this will just be something else for Nintendo to worry about. Unless of course, this somehow fits into some innovative secret master plan of theirs...

The trailer for the new Toejam and Earl game looks horrible. It looks cheap, like a free Flash game. Kudos to them for not using retro pixelart, but the animation and overall quality of the 2D animations is below par.
You absolutely fail at a metroid kick if you don't play AM2R
Return of Samus was the weakest of all Metroid games, barring maybe Other M. Not so much in a hurry to get to the remake.
