Much respect. I enojy the series, but don't get very far with it.
I love the games. I picked up Days of Ruin new on the cheap a while ago, and while I enjoy the gameplay, a lot of the charm was lost when they did away with the whimsical artstyle and story in lieu for a more serious, po-faced plot and style.
Yes, shame on me. This is a place to talk about videogames, and occasionally your bowel movement. I enjoy the purity, it's a form of escapism, both from reality as from the overload of information of the internet.
But hey, maybe the silent masses, all 10-ish of them, do not agree with my point of view.
I'm not a fan either...unless it involves breasts.
That goes without saying.
^ Too game related, too few breasts.
I've been updating nearly every day for like 5 years. I only do it for you guys. It can get monotonous and when there are no updates usually there is little discussion.
If I can't add a little flavor then I lose interest in posting updates. That's why I've been adding a little thing here, or there.
Buy a PS4 Uncharted bundle and get a copy of The Last of Us, then discuss.
You do you GG, if it makes you happy post it. Not much going on today.
I'm ambivalent on the other topics being posted along with video game news so if you want to put them up then I'm fine with that and if not then I'm fine with that as well.
How will that fix the lack of discussion when there are no updates? I mean you guys posting stuff I can read on the news page.
How Game of Thrones' characters look in the show vs how they look in the books
More at the link.
Now that's a fun link.
Oblivion PSP
Let's discuss why there's a lack of discussion.
Because none of you play new games. Maybe you, you just got doom. And travo he plays uncharted.
I played XCX on release. And Splatoon. I would have gladly discussed those with you.
A lot of the times I'll play new games, just not at the pace everyone else does. By the time I get to certain parts of games, you all have pretty much been there already, so what I would write would be redundant.
When it comes to reviews, I don't generally read them to avoid spoilers.
My goal isn't to finish games quickly anymore, it's to enjoy them as much as possible, so often I'm out of synch with everyone else. The most ideal situation for discussions for me is when I'm playing something most have not, so I can make a mega-topic and show you guys things you wouldn't normally consider.
