Nintendo's Creators Program.

You can either register individual videos for 60% of the ad revenue, or an entire channel for 70% of the ad revenue.

If you register a channel, you're only allowed to post videos of Nintendo's approved games and your own original content. It won't work if you have content owned by a third party on it, like a game developed by someone else, movies, or music. This is best suited for channels that are completely dedicated to Nintendo content, as it grants a higher percentage of ad revenue.

If you register a video, you're free to do whatever you like on your channel. The video itself can only contain content from Nintendo's approved games and your own original content, so no third party music, videos, or images. This is best suited for people who don't focus on Nintendo content, as it grants them more freedom to do what they want on their channel.

Here is the List of Games you are allowed to use.

Xenoblade Chronicles X 'barely fits' on Wii U disc, seems to support data installation for faster loading

“Xenoblade Chronicles X almost uses up an entire Wii U disc’s capacity to its limits. Really, it barely fits in (it got to the point where we were concerned that one disc wouldn’t be enough). You’ll be able to play comfortably while [the console] continuously loads the vast and seamless map (Monolith’s programmers worked hard on making this possible), but Nintendo assisted us by implementing a mechanism that improves it even further. I believe we’ll announce more details on the official website [in the future], but on behalf of the developers, I’d like to recommend those of you that plan on purchasing the retail version of the game make use of this feature.”

How does the payment work? If someone buys my item and the payment goes to my paypal account, does it go onto the credit card I have on my paypal account?

No it's in your Paypal account then, until you remove to a bank account. Or it can stay in there and you can buy stuff using it.
