While it is always a good move to go PC I wonder what he hates about the XBO?
EDIT: Read all the other responses. If he compromises by going with a Steambox he'll end up being frustrated in the long run that he overpaid for what, today, provides no advantage over a regular PC.
Telltale needs to be stopped. They were cute when they were doing one or two cool adventure games, now its ridiculous. Minecraft the Telltale adventure game, no.
So what games are planning on playing on Christmas Day?
I suspect Mario Kart or Nintendoland because of the family. But what I want to play is Captain Toad or Smash. If my audio adapter arrives and works, I may be completing Halo 4 but it's not exactly a merry happy game.
I don't get games for christmas anymore because I am my own santa. The magic of christmas is lost for me now.
I still get games for Christmas but that is because I'm the only one of my siblings that still live at home.
My sisters they usually get stuff for their houses and my brother just gets clothes and money.

I'm up for some Chtistmas Day Smash multiplayer. I'm getting Walking Dead season 2. I might gift Alien Isolation for myself or Hyrule Warriors. Nintendo fits better with Christmas so I'm leaning towards HW.
The has been the day from Hell. It's a wonder I didnt drop dead from stress.
I'm not sure what I'll be playing on Christmas. It might not be much because I'll be busy most of the day with family. It'll likely be something from Nintendo as that seems most thematically fitting.

You should. Its damned near game of the year.
Well I did it, I watched the first episode of Kill la Kill. It was interesting. Will watch some more to see if it hooks me.
I recommend giving it three episodes. The third one really sets up how epic the rest of the show will become. If you are not hooked by the end of the third epsisode, then it's probably not for you, and you'll have to live with that shame for the rest of your life.
BTW, I have just finished the 9th episode of FMA:B. It is quite good, but no one is to tell GG!
