I've been playing AC4, although there are some really good parts like sailing fights and some much improved stealth segments, those portions are often just repeated again and again and again. To the point where it feels a bit redundant to keep playing it. I've mixed feelings on this game, it is faaaaaaaar better than AC3 though.
One thing though, the Wii U gamepad is essential to this game IMO, you can clearly see so much more and more detailed information on the real time upad screen which helps immesurably when it comes to stealth and avoiding ship visual cones. You can also easily see the directions guards are facing with a large display. There are often times when I can control the game looking at the map and my position without even having to look up to the tv. After this and Deus Ex, I don't want to play stealth any other way.
That's been the problem with every Ass Creed since Brotherhood.....repetitive missions.
Maybe if they took more than 9 months to develop a game, they could add in more variety.
