Well a crazy amazing looking 3D Donkey Kong game would be more than enough. But a straight up sequel that still looks like a wii game, meh.

My 10 year old self was a sega fanboy who hated Nintendo and never played DKC2. And when I finally did play it I felt it was overrated and agreed with Miyamoto that they were just average platformers.

Its also my 10 year old self that makes me excited for every new Sonic game and so I end up buying Sonic Lost World.

Didn't say it was directed at you, specifically. I just meant it as a message to anyone not excited today about Tropical Freeze.

If you liked anything about the original Wii game, Tropical Freeze takes EVERYTHING and literally cranks it up to 11.

The music is incredible. Almost every, single screen has some sort of secret in it. The high definition makes a VERY big difference. The playable characters change up the the gameplay as they did in DKC2. If you thought the backgrounds and foregrounds were interactive and alive in the Wii version, oh boy are you in for a surprise. This is not merely the same game on Wii U. This game would not be possible on the Wii in any way, shape or form. Anyone who even remotely liked the original should be INCREDIBLY FUCKIN' PSYCHED today!

If you are not, it's not Nintendo's fault, it's yours!
