Edge has joined the master race! Did you get Killzone?

No just Ass Creed 4 for now. I gave my Wii U copy as a gift.  I will hold off on killzone until its cheap. I definitely want Tomb Raider.

Very sorry to hear that GG. Hope things turn out okay. It is sad just how common miscarriages are though. Not much you can do about it, but it helps to remember that its usually a sign that something was wrong with the baby and it likely wouldn't have been healthy. That can help put things in perspective a little bit.

I've noticed as a group we've gotten really bad about becoming early adopters. Shouldn't we all know better by now?

No worries, Archie. I'll most likely get an XB1 when Halo 5 comes out even though that console is pure evil. Nyaa

Me too. I have it pre-ordered, and it comes with a cool art book too. You're upgrading from the uber PC version; imagine me going from the lowly PS3 version to a better-than PC-on-Ultra-settings-with-TressFX PS4 version. GASP It'll give me a good reason to replay it a couple more times. Happy I just hope the PS4 version doesn't have that bald Lara issue. Nyaa

If the DS4 was wireless I might have picked it up for my ps3.  And holy shit, that new Wii U battery seems a little too steep.  I'll probably be a sucker and buy it anyway though.

I think Sony missed a great opportunity make a lot of money selling $60 DS4 controllers to PS3 owners just looking for a much improved controller. It mostly works now, so I don't believe it would take much effort from Sony to get it fully working.

I just leave my Upad plugged into the wall all the time. It's annoying, but better than paying nearly $40 for just a battery.

94 in Rusky years is like 250 normal human years.

I feel tempted by the PS3 500GB Last of Us/ Gran Turismo 6 bundle.  It's 200 pounds.  Let's say the games are worth about 70 (or maybe less as I would never pay full price for them) and the controller is about 35-40.  That means I'd be getting the console for less than 100 pounds.  If you factor in the fact that my controller has practically fallen apart and I need a new one, and my console is a first generation ticking YLOD bomb (and also the fact that I do want TLOU ... and wouldn't mind a decent driving sim now that Forza 5 is out the question) ... it doesn't seem like such a bad idea.

If I hadn't bought a vita last week i'd have jumped on this.  Stupid vita I regret getting it before I've even got it in my hands Sad

For just a second I wondered why an amusement park would be open in December.  Then I remembered you're in Florida.  Christmas in shorts.

I saw a documentary on Christmas at Disney, looks like so much fun. Someday I'll check it out but the temptation is to go to Paris, but I think a French accented Mickey will kill the magic.
