I am offended, good sir! I have no idea what you are talking about!
Forgot I had a PS4 until today when I downloaded Doki Doki Universe... Game is mostly a graphic adventure with some personality quizzes thrown in to make things interesting. So far it's told me I am Kind-Hearted, Creative, Generous, Hardworking, Free-Spirited, I long for the Security of a Family, I like Off-Beat, Irreverant Humor and Bright, Colorful things...
...obviously there's something wrong with it. Wait for a patch, maybe?
^ Seems like the game nails it with the personality traits. How much is it, I am curious about it.
$14.99. It's a novelty, a "feel good" game. It's something I'll try and like **love?** but will probably not be as appreciated by most.
Was that a challenge?
I'll get you one day.
I put no effort into the last story, I got nothing.
EDIT: Aha! I came up with something now... and he's gone. I am just talking to myself. Hello me.
I suck at it too but I think I will eventually finish it. My basic strategy is to wait at a door or narrow corridor so the zombies reach a bottle-neck and can only really come at me one at a time (or practically one at a time) and smash them with the cricket bat (like gg said). I die a lot but I think for the most part I have been progressing through it even if the progress is slow. Having a "big brother" type guiding you and telling you where to go and what to do helps a lot. Having to look at both my radar and at the screen at the same time is very stressful but I guess it adds to the tension and the fun

Listen to Wu-Tang and watch Kung-Fu
Can't argue with logic.
So, I worked for 9 hours, came home, slept for 3.5 hours, went back to work for 7 hours, just slept for almost 2 hours and now am going back to work for another 4 hours.
Needless to say, my brain and body have no fucking idea what time/ day it is.
And my cats want a refund.
It's fun reading your impressions. Need to replay it at some point. Only thing that slightly annoyed me is that the radar pinging is taken away from you later in the game. And they could have doubled the value of the game by enacting a FPS mode once you completed it. There are enough guns and enemies to do it.
As the President, Vice-President and sole remaining member of the Sonic the Hedgehog Fan Club, I can see why you would do that.
**alright. I'll stop!**
In my opinion, Zombi U is the most underrated launch game of all time. I had an absolute BLAST playing that game, and interacting with GG and Dvader, and Leo and Bear in game and in Miiverse at the same time. And being the first game I experienced on the Wii U made my impression of the system itself that much stronger than it would have been just playing a MEH game. I honestly could not, and still can't, believe how awesome Zombi U is...it boggles my mind how many people talked shit about it because the experience I had was in a different universe than all the assholes saying it was crap. Fuck you, go play an action game. It was amazing playing an actual HORROR game again.
Hands down, most underrated launch game of all time. And I feel sick that they won't make another one.
Couldn't agree more! I bought ZombiU along with my premium wiiU... And have it still shrinked wrapped
There's just something about zombies that scares the shit out of me. I'm still looking forward to playing it, one day.
No "cat Burgler" reference in the headline? C'mon! C'MON PEOPLE, GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!
Early U.S reviews gave it bad rap.
What version were they playing?
My Zombi U experience was cancelling my pre-order bundle when bad U.S reviews started coming in, only for good reviews and word of mouth from Edgecrusher, Bear and Vader convincing me it must be tried. It didn't blow me away or anything but it was great fun, it was cool to play an actual survival horror and not just an action game. And as a launch game it ticked all the boxes in offering a new and unique experience with a new IP. I kinda feel the same way about Nintendoland to a lesser extent. That game just showed potential scenarios for pad use - good and bad - but at least it felt new.
Found this interesting
Why you can't play 360 games on Xbox One - developers talk backwards compatibility
Is the last bit relevant to Wii U ports of 360 skus too? This X1 dev is saying even with the source code porting is not straightforward and games can run slower because of different components and architectures.
