Saints Row did not arrive today. Next mail day is fucking Friday. Back to Papo y Yo.
Are you continuing your Ryan Davis character tradition?

Most definately, he is me in that franchise and one of the best things about it.
I got Tokyo Jungle for $3!
I did the tutorial, its starts you off as a polmeranian and the first lesson is stealth, lol. So you have to hide in buses to avoid wolves. Next you are a cat and you learn how to hunt, you hide in the bushes and you get a lock on to a bunny then you have a kill attack. There is combat which has basic attack combos, dodges and the lock on kill move. I fought this cat that was like a ninja. Finally you learn to mark your territory by pissing in spots, once you have a territory a female shows up. I was a golden retriever, she was to high class for me so I had to kill more animals to level up. Once I became a "boss" rank she accepted me, so I took her back to my place and did her doggy style. Then I got puppies.
I tried survival mode which is basically an arcade style life as long as you can mode. You start as a polmeranian and try to level up by completing challenges, marking territory and before your 15 years are up you have to mate. The years are your timer, it goes by fast. Its all very fast paced, animals are all over, you have to hunt quick to keep your hunger guage filled. I wandered into a pack of beagels and they killed me.
Amazing game, buy it.
I cant believe I spent $15 on Castle of Illusion, I should have bought spelunky. It was the genesis version that pushed me to do it. When will I ever see that game available, never. I played it, just as I remembered it, wasnt that good. Beat it in less than an hour. Funny how much came back to me, I remembered certain traps and boss patterns.
Dont bother with this people, Duck Tales is way better.
Maybe if they remake World of Illusion then it would be worth it.
In less than an hour!
EDIT: Bonus Content
Crysis 2 is getting better and better. It seems to be channeling the spirit of Half Life a bit. I did this bit where soldiers were raiding a room with a helicopter circling, then went and talked to this dude and now I'm leaping across rooftops.
Killer Is Dead: Style over substance. But did you expect anything more?
"Suda51 has an imaginative eye, but as a director he's on the downturn: a creator of great-looking worlds with nothing to put in them."
If you register before the 7th September I may be able to gift you a free Animal Crossing download, but I think it may be euro specific.
What the fuck.

FAMITSU REVIEWS:
Interesting, this indie chess game dev is saying Wii U is a beast in specs. Obviously their demands for their game are less than say a proper AAA action adventure game. But their game does actually look fairly nice.
If anything you at least get a sense of shaders, lighting, wood, metal, stone effects on the system and DOF.
Wii U COD Ghosts isn't current or next-gen
"WiiU is being made on it's own so doesn't fit in directly with next or current."
Not sure how to take this, either they are ground up making it and will do right by the system. Or it'll be a piece of shit lower priority job and still probably using their 360 engine adapted to U.
Thanks for the link, GG. The article needed Killer 7 in it for any depth; especially as it helps to understand what influence he might have had on Shadows of the Damned. What the guy is complaining about applies completely to No More Heroes, but I suppose he can't say it's a downturn if an older game had the same problems. Weird critique to only talk about those two games.
Yeah Crysis 2 is a solid game. Not anywhere near the 1st game though...and I've yet to play Crysis 3 now that I think of it.
My top consoles since 1996:
Yeah I just skimmed it. As someone who hasn't played SOTD, LC or KID from an outside perspective just looking at cricial reception it seems to be going downwards more. When I first saw Lollipop Chainsaw I thought it seemed a tad unoriginal for Suda and then he's gone and down another hack and slasher with an old aestetic.
It's been over 20 years since I last played it, but I'm surprised that remember very little of the game. I think this purchase will be well worth it to me.
