Battlefield 4 not coming to Wii U

Battlefield 4 will not see a release on Wii U, DICE has confirmed.
Speaking to VideoGamer.com last night, creative director Lars Gustavsson explained that the decision to skip Wii U was to "ensure that [the team] deliver something good", rather than "risking" the project by stretching the team too thin.
"I think overall for me as creative director, number one is to deliver a really great game and experience," said Gustavsson on the subject of Battlefield 4 on Wii U. "Sometimes, at least for us, it's focus on what you do well and what you know well, and ensure that you deliver something good than trying a bit too much, stretching yourself too thin and risking it.
"I'd rather play it safe, deliver something really good and then look at the future and what could possibly be done than trying a bit too hard and [failing]."
Battlefield 4 is the latest high-profile multi-platform title to skip Wii U, joining Dead Island: Riptide and Saints Row 4.

If you pre-ordered it, you got RE5 for free. Or basically both games for $40.
Why would they not be in all versions? Its built into the gameplay (unfortunately).
Clearly what Tomb Raider needed to push it into success was about double the amount of action and set pieces. This is what everyone wants in all games today, how could they not realise?

Wada was an idiot. He was always saying how MMO's were the future and single-player games needed to be done away with. Then he had Square Enix focus almost totally on FF, KH, and DQ for years, ignoring all the other great IP's they had. Maybe they will get someone in there who will try to steer them back to the way they used to be...
That chart they showed was messed up as it wasn't clear on if the games had acheived those sales (I don't think they have) or whether the numbers were estimated sales for the fiscal year. I think they were estimated sales and they were saying that those games never reached the numbers.
Tomb Raider fails because its all a giant tease, Lara never gets "them" out properly. By the end gamers have such pent up frustration they'll jerk off to TV Guide in the bathroom just to get it out of their system.
But........ I thought EA and Nintendo had an unprecedented partnership?

Seems Nintendo rejecting Origin as the Wii U's online service got EA into spite mode.

No idea. I read a review awhile ago that implied they were unique to the Wii version. I thought that sounded bizarre.
Not sure how I feel about playing it on the Wii Tablet. I'm sure I'll adjust, but right now I play MH on my big screen with all the maps, stat bars, etc strictly kept on the tablet. There's just so much going on that I like to try to keep the battle screen completely free of clutter. I'm sure I'll deal after getting used to it though.
And speaking of Monster Hunter 3U I've just opened up the 4 star quests. Yesiree, in ancient Greece I'm what they would have called a badass.

Despite what 3rd parties said during the Wii gen....It doesn't matter how capable your machine is or how much you tailor the controller to suit 3rd parties...they still won't support you ....so do whatever you want to as it won't make a scrap of difference.
They've done the screens up from Ninja Gaiden Z like a comic book
