After some frustration and trial and error, I got that Tauren boss. Kept going dodging dragon fire, rats and undeads and reached the Parish, with another bonfire and a blacksmith. Now I feel like I'm making progress. Even if I skulked around too far and a titanite demon fucked me up.
Everything about that game frustrated me. I haven't felt that helpless in a game in ages.
What game is this? Dark Souls? I beat the Taurus Demon on my first attempt, I just kept running away from him, climbing on the tower and doing a plunge attack when he got near. I also beat the Goat Demon the same way, also on my first attempt. Just wait until you get to the double bosses in Annor Londo (which I still haven't beaten and have more or less given up). Then you will know frustration and pain

Poor SEGA. From the reviews that I;ve read so far it doesn;t even sound like it is bad in an interestnig way.
In other news... Arkham game confirmed for 2013. I won't be bothering, City killed the franchise for me but Mrs. Aspro will be all over it like Poison Ivy.
I tried that route, but my character (or I) was too clumsy to run back and forth the narrow bridge, even sprinting I was always too slow. I could do the first plunge alright, but after that it was an anything goes situation. I managed to stay glued to his crotch enough to be spared most of his attacks. Unlike Demon's Souls, I'm rolling a melee character now and ranged is (was) out of the question for the time being.
It feels rough. Like a hooker that squeezes your balls a bit too tight for your liking while giving head.
Awesome to hear that a new Arkham game is coming this year. I really hope it'll be available on next gen systems as well.

My girlfriend does that...I think she likes to cause me just a slight amount of pain.
Between Aliens and making Obsidian rush out Alpha Protocol, SEGA is starting to look like maybe not the best publishing partner.

Serves Sega right in saying Aliens will be one of their core franchise. The company is so lost. We want OLD Sega back. Not this crap publisher garbage.
Michael Ancel just gained a lot of respect from me. Glad to see him supporting the Wii U.
I hope that'll help spur some other industry types or at least other Ubisoft employees to come forward. Even if they just released a digital copy of it, that would probably be enough for a lot of people.
