I've been playing GoW Ghost of Sparta. It's a by the book GoW game but man are these games so good. I almost played the whe gme in one sitting yesterday, I just couldn't put it down.

Wth? Got to the Indian section in ac3 graphically it's much better here shadows are still bad but less noticeably so. Weird that in a larger environment with bigger draw distance there is better performance and textures, lighting etc. I guess the reduced npc count helps. Hunting is interesting, why are all my padres suddenly assholes now?

Anyway, game is showing more promise now. Hope Haytham reappears.

Their first full 3D game was on the PS1 and it was called Click Medic. Though Nintendo said they focus on graphics last so I think all of their developers work the same way. They have minimal graphics until they are happy with the gameplay then they make the game look good.

Pokemon has never really been about graphics. This game looked fine to me. Pretty much on par with what I've seen in the pictures of DQVII. So that leads me to believe that the game will be rather large in scale (god knows DQVII is the game that never ends), and at this stage of 3DS development that's sort of the max graphics for epic scale games.

Yeah, Pokemon hsa always looked pretty bad except for the Pokemon themselves. The same seems to be true of this one.
