I just saw a commercial for a new show where Bill Pullman plays the president. This president better fly jets and kill aliens or he sucks.
I believe the Wii had a midnight launch, so unless you have clairvoyancy you don't get to pull out your tinfoil hat until either the PS4 or Xbox whatever get their own midnight events.
Maybe midnight events are a dying custom now.
Wii did, this is happening now, its a trend that has started a few years now as the wii has died down in popularity. Vita got a midnight opening. 3DS did not.
Oh and there has been a midnight launch every single week for every game coming out.
Maybe its due to the day it launched? Which is Sunday?
Wii and Smash had midnight launches on sundays. But yeah sunday doesnt help.
Whatever the case half a day can't temper the Excitment I won't have it until Wednesday or Fri anyway so all my software should be here for Thanksgiving weekend, and I won't be buying anything on black friday either Halo 4 to start $45, then Wii U Deluxe Zombie U, pro Controller bundle Walmart $516.53 shipped Assaassin's Creed III U $48, And super Mario U$48, thats enough! I might buy a few things off the Eshop.
How did I end up with 90 PSP games?
You are a Saint Travo. My family is a pressure, but not in that way. It will come around in your favor at some point.
Because you sir have impecable taste. Unless of course Growlanser is one of those games. And in that case I'll never speak to you again.
First Wii U games reviews from some magazine
That's promising. Good safe scores. Pretty much what I was expecting out of both games. Zombie U is really the big wildcard out there. I could see that getting a score in the low 90% range, and possibly as low as in the 60% range. That Revo reviewer for instance didn't seem to get that looking down at the pad and away from the screen was intentional and there to put you in a specifically difficult spot. Can't wait to see the scores of the remakes too, and find out if the enahncements really change anything or not.
Did anyone see Foward Until Dawn, the live action Halo show that leads into Halo 4. Its really freaking cool. I want a Halo movie.
I seen the Halo 4 commercial on TV where it's just Cheif chained up to a wall and this big hulking badguy walks up to him and does like a face to face thing. Pretty sweet commercial.
If I only knew someone in New York who is getting the wii u at midnight...
TITTY FUUUUCK!
It would be kinda cool if a few of us could get together for a system launch in one town.
....Oh, and Good Golly, Miss Molly!!
Darksiders II sales below expectations
Hate to say it, but no surprise here. I know Darksiders 1 did well enough to warrant the sequel but I don't know anyone who bought the original at launch. I swear virtually everyone I know who got it picked it up when it hit hobo level pricing. This seemed very much like de Blob (another sequel that tanked for THQ), where it was a game that grabbed additional sales because it was early in the systems launch and showed up during a slow period or got a boost after a price drop. Oh well, seems like the game still grabbed respectable sales, but just not the kind that justified the length and expense of its development.
It's only an issue if you've played them all.
Speaking of the gaming club, have we actually had one this year?
