Maybe. Still I wouldn't be shocked to see some kind of Halo 4.5 come out next winter.
The first thing I thought of when using the screen to browse the different videos was "Wow...its like an ipod on an Xbox controller." That's what it feels like. The response time was instant from what I could tell. The screen size is fine, I don't think I would want it any bigger OR smaller...just right to hold down on your lap and be able to clearly see whatever is on it, without feeling overbearing.
Yes, the light weight of it really impressed me...I know by looking at it you'd think it must be the heaviest controller ever made, and I'm sure 10 years ago it would have been...but I guess technology comes a long way. Its about as light as a PS3 controller.
Remember how nice the Gamecube pad felt in your hands...how it molded perfectly in them? Well that's exactly how this pad feels too, mostly thanks to the shoulder buttons being perfectly shaped. That may be my favorite feature of the gamepad, the shape and feel of the shoulder buttons. It gives it that nice cocooned feeling that the Gamecube pad had. Only, this controller is not hampered by a gimped button layout, missing buttons, etc. Its damn near perfect.
I agree with the dude from Gearbox: Best controller Nintendo has ever made.
Kotick recentely said that A new console is launching next year.
That leaves one launching in 2014
Sounds great. I love the ergonomics of the GC pad, it just melts into your hands. Those curved shoulder buttons, the kidney shaped face buttons.
Look at this
Van Gogh Starry night
Her face would be a mess if she did that to my shlong. It would look like she was covered in herbal essences.
HD shots of No More Heroes 2 wii.
Definite graphical improvement from the first game.
So Halo 4, umm, its beautiful. The thing is that its still the same exact thing. You'd think a new dev, a new trilogy that they would really try some new stuff but there is nothing game changings. All new weapons basically are the same types with a new color laser. The new enemies are cool but not different enough to feel new. Scenarios are still the same, part of this game takes place in a catographer which has the same layout as the one in Halo 1. Areas aren't huge so there has not been big battles to use vehicles in.
That said its still fun to play with great enemy AI and nice mix of enemies that force some strategic play. But more of the same.
Just because of the investment they have put in so far. I'm assuming everything 343 has done to this point would not be just for H4.
I'm not concerned either, I'm sure it will look great and they have put in the work to basically flip a switch to upgrade everything for next gen. Just wanted your take on it.
What was wrong with your car?
Issues with the brakes. Had I been in Orlando I could have taken it to my dealer and they would have charged me about half since I have the car under warranty, but I had to travel this weekend so I was forced to take it to another place and pay full price. Fuckity fuck fuck fuck.
God dammit, you got me excited for a minute. I read that wrong and thought there was a NMH2 for the Wii U.
Damn. So you got the no-time + out-of-towner rates. Sucks to have to spend money on real world things instead of games/ booze.
and whores. Good whores cost money too. Those bitches don't work for free.
I can haz halo
Finally got a chance to play the Sony All-Stars demo on a Vita. It's like Smash Bros. if they found a way to remove all elements of fun. Maybe it will work better on the big screen, but as a handheld that game offers nothing.
Fixed.
Well that's a wee bit harsh.
Sorry, but with Yoda hardly around someone had to do it in his place.
NO HALO FOR YOU!
