The only thing I don' like is that the hair covers the eyes. Buy I imagine that at some point in the game the hair will be swept away revealing a half zombie forehead and eyes.

This shows just how brilliant Reggie and NoA are. They knew there would be shortages of the same, and those shortages would undoubtably upset customers. By not distributing the game in America, there was no way anyone would be upset by a shortage.

There is a difference between not localizing Xenoblade and Dragon Quest. If Reggie thinks he can ignore Dragon Quest, Iwata is going to pimp slap him in person. They need DQ, especially in Japan. And Square Enix needs Nintendo to publish it in the west. DQ IX sold more then 1 million in the West, the best that DQ has ever done in the west. That's the deal, Square Enix gives DQ to Nintendo, Nintendo publish it in the West.
I am getting strong Fragile vibes from this game. Interest rising.
