BTW I am at the end of Sonic Chronicles, I stuck with it. Can't say it got any better, I found it easy enough to play (not that its easy) to get through it. It seems short for an RPG which is nice in this case. I guess what keeps me the most interested is that almost every fight is a real battle, if you don't pay attention any enemy encounter can kill you. It has just enough difficulty to keep me engaged and not frustrated. But make no mistake this is a forgettable RPG. 6 range  score at best

Pokemon Snap wasn't originally a Pokemon game

Hal's Masanobu Yamamoto was working on Pokémon Snap when his game was changed to incorporate Pokémon but he came to see the logic behind the decision. "I was involved as a designer, so when characters other than the ones we had designed were used, I had a slightly negative reaction to it," said Yamamoto.

That would feel bittersweet -- Nintendo coming in and saying, "We love your game, but you're going to have to use our characters"

^I certainly would not have bought it if it was called "Animal Snap" or anything else lacking the Pokemon name.  Okay, if it was called "Oh Snap!" then I would have got it.

I know it was Yamamoto's baby, but I think in this case Nintendo did the right thing by putting in Pokemon. The game is beloved by a lot of people today. If it didn't have Pokemon, nobody would've cared about it.

It was a smart business move by Nintendo.

No surprise. UFC 2010 didn't even sell that well. THQ made a mistake by trying to make UFC annual, thinking they can milk it like EA sports. You know EA would've milked EA's MMA.

Wow, Vader. Hope JRPG developers stick Sonic in every RPG they make and Capcom puts him in Street Fighter so that way you can be a huge fan of those genres!

But all joking aside, Sonic Colors does look pretty good.

Way of the Samurai 4 has been unveiled for PS3. Scans are shit quality though. They've hopefully actually updated the mechanics and will polish it this time... Some more scans on that site, like Persona 2 PSP.

2 pages were added to The Last Story's Iwata Asks. Here's the first. No translation yet, pass it through google. It seems that they discuss a lot about how they tackled the project how they felt for the Wii's capabilities being more limited than other systems, how they achieved the balance they wanted with the visuals etc.
