The only thing's I KNOW for sure I'm not going to like about Metroid, are the stupid ass controls that only allow you to use HALF of the Wii controller (really, WTF is that?? Why limit your control options unessessarily?) & the bullshit annoying story tactic that has Samus not using her powers just because the fucking General guy is sheepish about it.

I'm also not real happy about the length of the game....10 hours? So it costs the same price as the Prime games but its half as long.

I have a feeling its going to make me wish for a new Shadow Complex more than anything else...that was the best Metroid style game in ages, I'm surprised it doesn't get talked about on here more. GG you really need to play it. Its longer and likely better than Metroid for half the price man!

There are a few XBLA games I would get if my 360 was wireless, that would definetly be one of them along with SOTN and Bionic Commando.

On Metroid I hear 9 hours to get to the ending but that is only 45% of the map unlocked. The people who go back and play more before handing down the review seem to get far more out of the game.

This is going to be the first Metroid I don't pick up on Day 1. I was going to originally, but now I think I'll wait until November & maybe grab it then along with hopefully Goldeneye if it turns out as good as it looks, and do some back to back Wii gaming. I have really too many games to play until then anyway.

I should have it by Monday week. I'll let you know how it is.
