Everyone acts as if this was the first time Nintendo has done something like this. Even after DS was announced, even before Micro came out, they snuck out the GBA SP+ with back-lit screens... THEN the micro... There were three versions of the GBA within a year and a half of each other!
That's fine by me. Each step they take seems to be a pretty good improvement. I loved the SP+. I loved the Micro.
The SP gave all new life to the Advance, with the flip design and the much needed lighting. The + took it a dramatic step forward, and, I don't care what ANYONE says, I thought the Micro was a sexy little beast. Super crisp screen, incredible, portable size; really a marvel of design there, imo. It should have been given much more of a chance to shine!
Keep 'em comin' Nintendo! There's always gonna be suckers like me out there...
Figuratively speaking, of course...
He looks like the leader of a cult.
Oh. Duh! I forgot who I was talking about.
He is.
And now your "where the hell did you pull this from" news, here are the top 10 best selling Atari 2600 games of all time:
1. Pac-Man
2. Pitfall!
3. Missile Command
4. Demon Attack
5. E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial
6. Atlantis
7. Adventure
8. River Raid
9. Kaboom!
10. Space Invaders
Very interesting in that 2 of the top 5 games were two of the worst games the console ever had and sold strictly on name value alone. I'd like to say we've come along way and have become a far more intelligent audience since then but both of those 50 Cent games sold over a million copies...
^ All of those Atari games listed above are awesome.
You starting to get alzheimers in your old age? There was nothing good about Pac-Man or E.T.
I disagree.
So should I be welcoming you as a brand new gamer who has clearly never played anything else in his life?
Yes.
This game went too FAR, TOO FAR. Stop!
Club Nintendo - New 'intend to buy' game
Why do they always put games I have absolutely no intention of buying on the "Intend to buy" list?
Hey, Nintendo! I "intend to buy" Super Mario Galaxy 2. Why not put that on the list?
Anyways I almost never say this game is better then that unless I'm comparing it to it's genre like Bayonetta to Devil May Cry/Ninja Gaiden/God of War but even then I'd rather just praise games on their own merits instead.
Wait I'm confused. You lost me. Are we talking about quality gaming or Final Fantasy now?
How could you not want Picross 3D? You must not own a DS. Owning a DS and not wanting Picross is like getting a Oriental massage and not wanting the Happy Ending.
