Wow that does sound great. Never played a Xeno game but I love giant worlds and the FFXII battle system was well done.

Personally, I enjoyed Play (despite the flaws). Nick Des Barres coverage of Japan was perfect.

Dude this is basically the first mega-RPG Nintendo has published since...a long time ago. And Last Story too....why couldn't they be bothered to do this in the N64 and Gamecube days?
And what I find interesting is Nintendo and Microsoft both have been publishing more interesting RPG's this gen than Sony. Really, the fuck happened to Sony?!

The screens are awesome, for those not checking the thread, there are a couple of other scans there too. Some of the skylines look like concept art, they are that good, but they are realtime.
The scale is incredible, it reminds me of the Disaster Day of Crisis IGN review made by monolith too (although that game looks nowhere near as good visually)

How would that work?
Well I don't really know, but since Disney owns Marvel now I'm sure something good could be done along the lines of the Square/Disney team-up of Kingdom Hearts. If something happens though I would like to see better combat that in KH.
Wouldn't the superheroes completely outclass the Disney characters? Making them look weak? I mean, if Iron man can shoot lasers and fly and lift cars over his head and all and Donald Duck does what exactly? Aside from babble?
That's the beauty of a well designed game. Before Kingdom Hearts I would have asked how would Donald Duck and Goofy fight Sephiroth? Square found a way to make it seem legit, so I'm sure it could be done again.
