which CD is it? i have bought music in digital form both FLAC and mp3 but not from amazon. mainly beatport. you can use nero or any other piece of half decent burning software to make an audio cd but bear in mind that mp3 is a compressed format and some of the fidelity is lost (but if it's 320 Kb/s or higher you won't notice).

IGN Preview: Braving the New World of Rage
"Rage takes place in the near future of Earth, where the planet has been devastated by the massive asteroid Apophis (id is taking an actual asteroid that is on a near-collision course with Earth and making the supposition that it's much larger than scientists currently believe). With doomsday upon humanity, the governments of the world band together to form the Eden Project, a system where scientists, researchers, engineers, and military personnel are frozen underground in 12 to 16-person groups known as Arks. The purpose of this system is to have these chosen people come back and rebuild society after a while, passing on their knowledge and skills to ensure the survival of the human race. What the governments didn't plan for is that many more people survived the impact than predicted, and these outside survivors establish their own settlements, raiding clans and (for the unfortunate ones) mutant enclaves. As an Ark member, you emerge from your cryostasis somewhere in the southwestern states of America (in an area that looks like Arizona) to discover that your facility has been horribly damaged, leaving you as the lone survivor of the experiment to rediscover this vastly changed world. Your mission now is to find out what happened to the other Arks."

I haven't bought any music from Amazon, but their digital downloads are DRM-free, so there won't be any problem burning to disc.

Tell me to get back to rewriting this site so it's not horrible on mobileOkay some numbers
LKS under 12k
Conduit between 60k and 70k.
Damn all you people for buying Conduit over LKS

I just saw District 9, BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR. I was blown away, this is bound to become a new sci-fi classic. It does what all the best sci-fi movies do, tell a story that is human but in an extraordinary way. It's unlike anything you have seen, it mixes a sort of documentary style filming with big summer movie style filming. I was so into this movie, I was cringing at parts, cheering in others.
The movie was made on a budget of $30 million and some how it looks better than almost every single summer movie this year. And it does not hold back, the aliens are always on screen, they are main characters just like the human characters and they look phenomenal. The movie is thought provoking, exciting, funny at times, and has incredible action. This director is going to be very special, he was supposed to direct the Halo movie, it would have been incredible.
I love sci-fi films and this movie now enters high up in my ranks of all time favorites.
It's a 1981 live performance, I can get it second hand for £20 or mp3 for £11. I prefer to own the proper disc with boxart etc.
Nice, I dont want to be restricted to PCs and MP3 players.
Rage looks like Doom in the sun. Same shit, different setting.
I never even heard of this movie but I will keep my eye on it now.

Funny thing I just read, which I didn't notice before. The NPD top 10 was entirely made up of EA and Nintendo games and 4 of those Nintendo games were a year old already.
i think those 4 games probably sell the same amount week in week out and it just so happened that this week there weren't many other games released to compete in sales.
new super mario was released in may 2006 and mario kart DS in november 2005 ... i think it's phenomenal that they're still charting after so long

So there is this new wii game caled Jambo Safari. Its suppossedly an old SEGA arcade game franchise. I never heard of it. Anyone remember this one?
Anyhow this game is aimed at 7-12 year olds.
LOL its like a cute looking Afrika. The preview is funny to read. Check the whole thing at the link.
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/jambo-safari-hands-on
And they say online petitions never work. In your FACE, They, and a great big thank you to the literally thousands (approx.) of people who signed up to support the return of Jambo! Safari. SEGA could not ignore the cry of our united voices and now the classic arcade game is making a comeback. YES WII CAN.
There they got to chase terrified wild animals round in circles while driving a massive jeep. Giant emoticons hovered above the animals' heads to denote whether they were happy, angry or, best of all, scared. The arcade cabinet's steering wheel was ideal for careering around with no regard for shrubbery, while the gearstick thing was perfect for throwing lassoos round animals' necks. You then had to tow them in gradually without letting the rope snap - think SEGA Bass Fishing but with giraffes instead of trout.
"We've had the original creator of the arcade game giving us feedback as we've gone through the project," he says. "He's had a lot of input into the actual controls and how it feels to play, to make it just as good. There's still a lot of tweaking to be done in the next few months, but the idea is it will have the same feel and playability as the arcade game."
You won't play it with a steering wheel and gearstick though, of course. Instead the Wii nunchuk is used to drive the jeep and rope in animals, while flicking the remote launches your lassoo.
"The arcade game was a huge success, but it was in an arcade cabinet," says Humphries. "To make the full game we decided we'd add more content, giving it more longevity with the Story mode and things like that."
In Story mode you work your way up from trainee ranger to fully-fledged Dr Doolittle, completing a variety of missions along the way. Some of these involve healing animals in the reservation's animal enclosure, as Humphries demonstrates. He introduces us to a lioness called Sue who's had a row with a thornbush. Using the remote like a pair of tweezers, Trauma Centre-style, he plucks the thorns from her fur then rubs in some antiseptic cream.
There's also a Photography mode where you're given specific assignments and graded as to how well your shots turn out
"This game was actually already in production in February last year,"
Ah well. The important thing is Jambo! Safari is coming back, and if they can sort out that steering it will undoubtedly be hailed by every critic in the world as the best game of the 21st century.
Holy shit! Rage looks freakin' awesome. I'm definitely looking forward to that game.
Great District 9 impressions there Dvader, I'm planning on going to see that soon. I recently went and saw G.I. Joe and actually ended up enjoying that movie.
What a month for NPD for sure. All three consoles need a price-cut before the end of the year. Mario Kart is a juggernaut both on the Wii and DS. Same for New Super Mario Bros. on the DS. Should be interesting to see how the Wii version fares.
I'm jonesing for a new 360 game. I cant be bothered to play the games I have unfinished because they're either crap or too time consuming. But now I have nothing to play because of that.
I'd like a new game but it has to be cheap, £20 and good.
Nothing too complicated or frustrating.
