From the Fragile interview:
AR: Considering Fragile has been in development for so long, was this originally the Sword of Legendia project that was announced for Wii before the console launched, or is that a completely different game (and is Sword of Legendia still 'alive')?
KK: Sword of Legendia is something completely different, and unfortunately we cannot disclose any further information on the on-going Sword of Legendia project at this time.
Is there another one on the forum? I can only see the one in the top right and the only options are News, Blogs, Reviews and Users.

OMG what the hell? I just translated this:
Activision develops The Secret OF Monkey Island - Special edition
20.05.09 - Activision works on the Adventure The Secret OF Monkey Island - Special edition. That comes out from an examination of the age ratings by the USK. The Secret OF Monkey Island is a graphic Adventure, which appeared 1990 courtesy of Lucasarts Games for the PC. Activision would not comment.
And........ it's a 360 game!
360 exclusive? Fuck you activision.![Sad](/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-frown.gif)
Yeah.
Yeah, weird. I want to point and click.
Also, let the campaign begin.
Devil May Cry 5? All platform?
We all knew that with Details & Trailers of already announced titles such as Lost Planet 2, Dead Rising 2, Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles etc, Capcom was also going to reveal 2 brand new titles at E3 2009 one of them was recently revealed Tatsunoko vs. Capcom.
According to our source the second title will be non other then the sequel to the popular gaming franchise Devil May Cry (Devil May Cry 5). and it will not only be appearing on PC, Playstation 3 & Xbox 360, it will also make it’s way onto Nintendo Wii.
Our source confirms us that unfortunately Capcom will only release a 1:32 min long teaser trailer, but on the positive side the teaser will confirm us the release date of the title.
We’ll share more info with you as soon as we receive it. So Stick Around.

Devil May Cry 5? Awesome! Even though DMC4 had too much backtracking it was still a great game that I thoroughly enjoyed so DMC5 will undoubtably be an insta-buy for me. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the trailer.
No light-gun wii version (yet) so not all platform (yet).![Nyaa](/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-tongue-out.gif)
Lame.
Should be a PC game...or at least ported to PS3.
Hmm...
Never heard of this site...plus, spelling mistake much?
I have no interest unfortunately. How was 4 received by fans compared to the others?
You excited for Monkey Island?
Did anyone see the Need For Speed Nitro trailer? WTH, does it play like De Blob? It colours the city as you drive through?
Just got finished with the best looking game on the Wii; Donkey Kong Jungle Beat.
Great old school platformer, puts Wario Wii to shame badly. Now I can get to Klonoa and see what the fuss is about there.
As for Monkey Island well I'm not really excited but perhaps when I see more on it it will peak my interest. There's so many other games currently occupying my interest right now so perhaps once I get those I'll focus on MI a little more.
i played DMC4 on my best friend's ps3 and the difficulty was significantly toned down to the point where (to my surprise) it felt almost easy, and certainly manageable. so on account of the fact that i could at least play it, 4 was the better game for me. some of the "real fans" though felt 4 was a copout. oh well

What the hell? It's a ghost!
Oh I didn't mean in sales, I mean in how it was received by fans. Weren't there complaints about, was it DMC 3? Something about difficulty or something between 2-3?
the niche nerds of DMC fandom who have nothing better to do than to devote their every waking moment into learning how to play an impossible game ... just so they can boast to their internet and imaginary friends, complained that number 4 was too easy. like i said in my post above dmc 4 was just fine, a game for everybody to enjoy.
DMC 2 is universally dismissed as a black mark in the series. DMC 4 not so, at least not as far as i know

How do you guys feel about Killzone 2 sales?
In any other sense, over a million is great. But as a system seller, $40 million budgeted game? Lost Planet cost the same to make and sold in similar numbers. It reminds me of LBP, great reviews, over a million sold. For any other game, great, fantastic even. But I guess we all expect these titles to be breakout system sellers.
Killzone 2 fails to crack 1 million units in US
Further new NPD Group data has revealed lifetime sales to date for Sony's Killzone 2 title in the US, with the game so far selling only 677,000 units.
First released on February 27, the PlayStation 3 exclusive debuted in the February sales chart at number five, with 323,000 units sold. In the March results the game fell only two places to number seven, with 296,000 units sold.
By April though the game had fallen outside of the top 20, but data provided to website Gamasutra reveals that it sold 58,000 units during the month. As result the game's lifetime total to date in the US currently stands at 677,000 units.
On its release Sony proclaimed Killzone 2 to be its fastest-selling title ever in the US, in terms of reaching 500,000 unit sales. Responding to the March NPD chart, Sony also revealed that worldwide sales had passed 1 million units, suggesting sales in PAL territories at the time of around 400,000 units (The game was not released in Japan until April 23).
Although the sales figures are strong by most standards the game is reported to have cost over EUR 40 million to develop. Perhaps most importantly for Sony, the title has failed to drive hardware sales on the PlayStation 3, which have actually dropped year-on-year in the US since the game's release.
I think the Devil May Cry series is good but very overrated at the same time. Kind of like most of Capcom's games this gen actually.
DMC2 was a complete joke. It didnt even feel like a DMC game. The controls sucked, Dante looked like Kevin Kosner, it was just bad. You even fight an evil tank as a boss.....yeah.
Also finished the Witcher. Great game, one of the better RPG's recently. Dragged a bit though in some spots, yet the story and characters made up for it.

So 2 is bad, 3 is too hard. So only 1 and 4 are good?
yeah 1 & 4 are definitely good games. the revised version of 3 (apparently easier than the original edition) might also be good but i didn't want to buy the game again to find out.
