NAME THIS CAT!!!!
Hey dudes,
This cat just randomly showed up in my backyard this morning, so I guess we're going to keep it. It was really hungry and meowing at our door all morning. My mom says it's a girl about 3 months old, I don't know how she can tell. But I want suggestions on a name... can be male or female, whatever you want. Nerdy gamer or "i can has cheezburger" inspired names encouraged. Right now all I can think of is Felix.

I had a cat that looked just like it, my sister named it kitty even though it was not a kitten at all. But thats all I can think of, I see that I think Kitty... she died a while back.
I never ever watch tennis, that was one of the mos amazing sporting finals I have ever seen. Wow.

I used to know a cat that was called Mephisto. That guy was black with green eyes. Very nice cat, but once you weren't paying attention, he would catch a dove. That cat was a stealthy hunter indeed!
Vader, you should really start watching the US Open, because it should be exiting. You have Federer of course the 4 time defending champion. Than you have Nadal, the killer of Roger. and lastly you have Novak Djokovic the winner of the Aussie Open and the loosing finalist last year. They all have a chance to win it. Should be exiting.

That Wimbledon final was awesomeness. The best final since the classic Ivanisievic vs Rafter final. I wanted Nadal to win because I like roger and all, but 6 times in a row just gets boring.

Steelo you didn't give me your weekends times but since it's more relaxed and Rag hasn't got back to me it's not that important. HiRes finished his Friday evening stint at 9pm so make sure you post after that but preferably on Saturday itself.
RULES
It's very important to cut off at the times specified so there is no overlap. Even if there is a story you just HAVE to post because of its awesome nature, put it in the comments if your stint is over. That story belongs to the next person. It's also good because the gaps leave time for stories to build up for the next guy.
Any duplicate story should be deleted, the first update is the one that remains unless there is a better alternative source.
Ravenprose Wednesdays - because of world times, there will be a gap in the morning updates, hence I'm giving Iga or myself permission to post NO more than 3 morning updates each on Wednesday if required.

Phantasy Star 4? Let me guess......DS, right? Because who would want to play an epic new PS on say the Wii or 360 or something that connects to my tv screen. Wouldn't want THAT.
Phantasy Star IV is an old Genesis game. It's probably going to VC along with the other PS Genesis games.
How much can those asswad roundtable guys know? Nintendo is tighter with information than an ass filled with cement.
If that Harvest moon is the first japanese one than it's rubbish apparantely. I still want a HM game as good as a Wonderful life. Magical melody was hailed by some reviews as the best HM yet but I hated it and sold it recentely.
I didn't post his link as a legitimite news story; it's just for fun. They're speculating on what they believe Nintendo will do at E3. Not much different that what we do on forums and such. I find it interesting, and often humorous, to hear what some of these guys think. It amazes me at how narrowminded some of these "professional" reporters/analysts are sometimes. I'm just dissappointed that Pachter isn't on this episode.
SMASH BROS
So I got smash finally and I've played about 5 hrs. Given the huge euro delay I wasn't hyped at all, I was more interested in playing Okami and Mass effect. When I turned on smash I wondered why I bought it. Then the next day I played some more and I'm actually really impressed.
There are so many modes and options, it takes the word comprehensive to another level. The extra content alone is worth the price. I spent an hour just listening to all the music in the sound test mode. The control options are great, why can't all games let you personalise your controls to this degree?
I actually love the subspace emissary mode, love it. It's like a whole new sidescroller with all my favourite characters. Once you fiddle with the controls and have a button to jump and tweak the buttons it's great. Like a scrolling beat em up.
When I was playing the DK levels it was like an all new DK platformer in the style of the old SNES games only with fancy visuals. I love the Fire emblem levels too.
Characterwise, Meta Knight is crazy, wow. So fast and his specials are too good almost. I find Ness and Lucas useless. The FE guys are great and give link a run for his money. Mario is pretty lame, the pokemon trainer is like three in one, so cool.
So I haven't tried the online yet. Is it mario kart style easy friend code options or pain the ass write down a zillion digits friend code options?

BTW same goes for mario kart. In fact I can use that schedule table I created for the news posting to arrange euro/US online match times for the guys here. A mass mariokart match would be so cool. Who has mario kart apart from me and raven?
