Oh man, I would get SEGA to finish Shenmue 3 and to make a Skies of Arcadia sequel and Jet Set Radio sequel. I would also revive the Headhunter franchise and try to forget the horrible sequel.
If I was Nintendo I would buy Capcom and Platinum games and merge them back together.
If I was Microsoft I would put Rare into liquidation

It would be Capcom for me and I'd get them to work on a new Darkstalkers game using the Street Fighter IV engine. I'd also do a new Breath of Fire game and make it like the ones were before Dragon Quarter.

Shoot, all three could be done using the engines in Wii Sports Resort, graphics and all, and I'd be happy. Yet, Nintendo still has done it. 
Wii Sports Resort was nothing more than a big fat tease. 
I would give Nintendo Sonic and tell them to please fix it.
I would buy Platinum Games and leave them alone so they could continue to make whatever awesome games they want to make.
I would restart a bunch of franchises like Ecco, Panzer Dragoon, Streets of Rage, Shinobi, and of course make Shenmue 3.
VF will be a huge focus and this new version of VF5 would be going to consoles at a very cheap price just like VF4 Evo.

I'm going to pick SEGA as my company and
1. Reunite the team that made Skies of Arcadia and have them make a sequel and a tangentially related MMO.
2. Fire everyone related to the production and marketing of every Sonic game since Sonic Adventure 2.
3. Buy Visual Concepts, Grasshopper Manufacturing, Nippon Ichi and Atlus and fund whatever they ask for.
