Who cares if it's a bit pixelated, one of the most stylish games EVER!

Best looking Shin Megami yet. Still not beaten after all these years!

You didn't think I was NOT going to post this, did you? Must admit though, console PALES in comparison to the PC version maxed!

How's that Wii U version coming along, Nintendo?

Love Street Fighter IV, but for me, this was the best in the series so far!

GORGEOUS game in when in motion!

Yeah, I went there. Even more appealing to me than the Primes!

I think the REAL question is: Why DIDN'T you save me, SEGA?!

I fully intend on posting a pic or two in this thread, but I had to take a minute to talk about how much SaGa Frontier 2 disappointed me. I was one of the few people who really loved the original SaGa Frontier. And when the sequel came out with those graphics I was completely stoked. . . and then I played the piece of shit. God it was bad.
NiGHTS into Dreams was one of the first games that really made my jaw drop. It was beautiful and had this wonderfully trippy art style. Still love it, and the HD version was a wonderful gift from Sega.
And whether you like the game or not, Little Big Planet really did look like a dream come true.
I actually love the quirkiness and randomness the Saga games are based on. They were just sooo far removed from what other RPGs were doing back then! I would buy Saga 2 again in an instant if the opportunity arose!
I really don't remember much about SaGa 2 anymore other than I played the game for over an hour before I got into a battle and then it was over and even more story started and I just said "fuck it."
They really need to get those games on PSN. I would buy them (both 1 and 2) just for their novelty.
I wonder if they'll release the Final Fantasy Legend games on the 3DS eShops. FFL II was an incredible game. Probably the best in the SaGa series. I'm still bitter as fuck S-E decided not to translate the DS remake they did.
Yep, the screen shot selection is truly abysmal.
robio said:I see a lot of brown and green games there.
Most of the screenshots aren't really indicative of the overall tone of the game. As I said, the selection is abysmal. My criteria for selection was as follows: 1. they loaded on the horrible new google image search engine. 2. they had no watermark.
P.S.
Why is Moby Games the only place with decent screenshots of games from the PSBOXGC backwards? And they're ruined with their watermark. Everyone else's screenshots are horrible.
The original Halo....just loved the style.
Best looking game other than MGS2 and FF10 at the time.
Banjo & Kazooie.
This was THE best looking game on N64, or consoles in general, for a LOOONG time. It topped Zelda 64 6 months before it even came out, and probably wasn't matched until late 1999.
It's all in the eye of the beholder after all, but what games strike you as the most beautiful? Most of mine are going to be sprite based, but what about the rest of you?

I'm a sucker for anything water-colored. Saga Frontier 2 and Ogre Battle 64, included, of course!

I'll never forget the first time I laid eyes on this game!

STILL the best one of the series!
