Spider-Man Miles Morales is complete.  It really is more of the same but a fun little side story. The visuals are top notch.

They are, I am blown away. The story seems fantastic so far, what good acting

Finished my first VR game...Space Channel 5: Kinda Funky News Flash!

It's extremely short. Time to replay it in Japanese!

This is my main gripe with VR games.  They all seem very short, yet Oculus is charging €30 for them.  That's not triple A money, but still a lot for what appear to me to be more experiences than they are actual games you'll spend a lot of time with.

So far I haven't used the Oculus for much really.  I've watched some short movies, played around with 2 games loaded from sidequest and tried out work stuff.  I'm amazed at how good the sound design is though, it's pretty good at simulating surround sound.

I beat Night in the Woods yesterday.  It was...  not good for me.  It's more an interactive story than an actual game, there are barely any puzzles, no compelling gameplay, just entertaining writing.  And the story wasn't all that either.  3/10

They're more expensive than the superior Steam versions, as well!

Of course they are, they're on a closed ecosystem.   Facebook full well knows my PC is crap.  angry

Well I doubt they do, but that doesn't change the fact that it's too crap to run VR games.

Finally finished Days Gone. Overall it's a great game, but definitely too long. It's a little buggy and choppy at times too. PS5 probably irons out that choppiness pretty well. Anyway, those are minor gripes in the grand scheme of things. Generally great game. There is some post game content, and a second ending if I'm willing to spend the time killing all the zombie hoards, but not quite ready to go back for that right now.

That game is in my sights, but Cyberpunk is next.  Unless there is a great Black Friday deal.  TLoU2 was about ten hours too long.

It shouldn't be too hard to find cheap whenever you're ready to play it. It's on PlayStation Now, and I've seen It dropped to $20 online and at GameStop.

Eh, I may keep diving for a deeper discount.

I finished the story mode in Star Wars Squadrons today.  I really enjoyed it because it felt like Rogue Squadron 4.  I do miss some of the old regular levels like Hoth and Cloud City which is funny because I was pretty tired of those areas back in the day.

Meh. At least we still have 40 hours of Iceborne content to go before we'll need to chose another game to play co op.

Spreadsheet with all my completed and played games this year.

In progress ,eams I am currently playing it, maybe slowly but its in my rotation. Paused means I plan to finish this game one day.  Retired means I played enough and will probably never play it again.

My first post is updated as well with reviews

I finished Paper Mario Origami King.  It only took five months to complete. Nyaa I was enjoying it but got sidetracked and when Super Mario 3-D was released, I put this on the sidelines.  That final battle was a major pain in my ass.  I'd say it is almost as good as Color Splash, maybe if the final boss was a little more fun.

I went ahead and finished all of the main missions for Cyberpunk 2077.  This should've been and would've been my goty if it wasnt bogged down by glitches and bugs.  It crashed on me several times.

The things that I like about the game are the story, combat, and leveling system.  It reminds me of a cross between Fallout and Deus Ex.  There's also tons of side quests, more than I've seen in any other game.

Now my total of completed games is sixty-seven.  I was going for

I don't see that happening. Sixty-seven is certainly a personal best though.
